I actually don't like him either, but today was so funny. Crude alert! If easily offended move to next post. Gotta tell ya. This lady said her husband had come home from work (ten years ago) and when she kissed him on his arrival she could smell that he had been kissing another women but not on the lips if you know what I mean.

Then they did a lie detector and it came back that the husband was telling the truth...guess he just had a tuna sandwich for lunch.

I have used this site alot but this is my first time posting.

I had my first day of stillmans yesterday, went out for diiner and they didn't have anything I could order so I got hot wings, good for atkins bad for stillmans but I am trying again today and so far so good!

A lot of us ease ourselves into Stillman's with higher fat meat, I don't think you woud have done any damage...you will do great, welcome aboard!

Hey ladies!
So far, I've had about 1 cup greek yogurt w/splenda and 3 HB eggs made into egg salad w/ about 1/2 Tbsp Mayo + Greek Yogurt. So yummy! I'm actually pretty full though.

However, we have corned beef in the crock pot tonight. Does anybody know if this would be okay to have? It's been sitting in the crock pot (cooked in water) and I won't be dipping it into anything! We also have cabbage but I probably won't have much, if any.

Corned beef here has loads of fat, you can actually see the lard. Not familiar with that way of cooking it, but if the fat is boiled away and drained then I suppose it is ok...not sure though.

Some people lose well with higher fat meats and some don't...so maybe its a case of YMMV. Sorry, not much help I know.

Just don't eat the fat and load up on water-lots of salt in those. I soak the salt out of mine for two days before cooking. It's so much better without the salt.

Its an amazing Swiss plant, crème bath oil which smells absolutely divine...I kid you not. If you can't get it where you are and you want to try it, I'll send you a bottle for free if you like, honest! I could literally bathe 5 times a day in it...and the aroma fills the house...its just delish!
