Yeah they do unbelievable amounts of exercise! And one woman even gave up her job to be able to do all the exercise while they were at home! I'm glad she didn't win though-is that mean? well she was just a pain in the house. And then she looked really smug when she came back!

So, I hopped on the scale today and it gave me some bad news. Up 2 - 140. I knew I shouldnt have gotten on the darn thing. Not changing my stats though! I've been doing the same old thing. Coffee, CL, Chicken (but I did add hot sauce the last 2 days)

I know from experience that the scale flucuates. So newbies, dont get discouraged if this happens to you. Just keep going and you will be presently surprised in a few days with a big whoosh! (at least thats what Im hoping for)

Come on Peeps! Lets rock this!!!
Stupid scale i haven't been on mine for a while either! Next week I will!

Ok goin totally off-topic! Yeah more than usual! He! Did ya ever watch the OC? I loved it! Couldn't believe when it was cancelled! I love those teenage shows! Heck I even watch the Sabrina reruns! Ok! Anyway they got locked into the mall one night-and all they did was sleep in the camping shop! I would have tried on every bit of clothing there-and gone wild in the supermarket! It's seriously a dream of mine to spend a nite in a mall!!

The treadmill went well

I was a little dizzy but a cup of coffee and a giant glass of water helped. It's probably all the water weight lost but I feel very thin right now. It's a good feeling!
The only thing I really miss are salads...especially chicken caesar salad. In a couple weeks it will be back on the menu.

So very true! I'm not letting my cravings ruin fun summer clothing.

I have Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video. Going to try it this morning.

I eat somethimg before! I just don't function without breakfast! Oh but actually this morning I did The Bar Method-twice- before breakfast. That doesn't happen to often that often though! I'm always hungry in the morning!
I've heard again and agin that it's better to do cardio fasting so you burn fat not carbs-but I don't eat carbs anyway so......

I eat before and after. It doesn't seem to make a difference with weight loss. I'm super hungry after.

Day 1 is going great so far! I got some ketostix so I can test when I am deep in ketosis. This will be a great time for me to figure out my max carb level too (when I transition back off Stillmans.)

Question for you all...have you successfully used Walden Farms Dressings? (0 cal/0 fat /0c carb)
