GT, do you get "Total" Greek yoghurt where you are or in Ireland? If so, have you tried it?
Oh yup we do!!!! Could eat it all day every day!!!! I really do love yoghurt-dairy in general!!

For me-the opposite of brown-i find St.T too orange. I only use it if I have a bit of a colour and then sparingly, and nowhere near my hands or feet. I can blend fake tan well-years of practice! Seriously, used my first one when I was 16 in school-Rimmel shimmer! i like Fake Bake the best. But I use the everday fair skin one. A lot of the time in winter too, it takes the milky glow away! Then for the Summer I use it a couple of nights-hands and feet. Then when I've built up a colour i use the normal one, again like St.T-everywhere but avoiding feet and hands and def the face! That way I don't really get the awful tee-tale fingers from fake tan!
Now! See, I could write a PhD thesis on the subject!

LOL...i really think its the glow you get from a tan that makes you look good, otherwise I would not bother to tan when I holiday. Like I said, I am brown skinned...its the healthy looking glow I'm after. I am going to try St T as you say its quite orange...I've heard Fake Bake is good too. What about those people who spray it on for you? Any better?

So far today I've had coffee with splenda, three (very) small chicken tenders & two boiled eggs. My goal outfit is hanging up on my closet door. I really want it to fit better by March 30th

This diet plan is super easy! My sister, cousin & I are all doing it. Does anyone exercise on this plan? I love the treadmill but worried I might not have enough energy.

Thanks!

You will be in your outfit in no time at all! So good to have those close to you following the same eating plan. I am trying to exercise but have been a bit lazy in that department. GT, however is the queen of exercising at the moment! She seems to have no problems with energy!

She does! I just really try to ignore it! I do get really dizzy sometimes. I find it the worst tho if I only eat the meat. Even a tiny amount of salad makes me feel better! Ok now I'm gonna go and do the Bar Method DVD! BBL

I tried the spray tan once. It looked OK, maybe even great cause I actually was tan and not reddish tan. The first day was good, but like the others, as it fades/washes away it leaves the skin looking dirty. Does that make sense? Like as the dead skin washes away your left with bits of color here and there... that sounds gross, but it just looks yucky...

oh and a machine sprayed me. I had a horrible time doin all the moves every 3 seconds before I got sprayed!!!! It was a very laughable moment afterward but very scary in the midst!

Yes it does...I think you have to use a good body scrub at some point and then start again.

Dinner was chicken which I stir fried with red pepper, three button mushrooms, 2 cherry toms and some chives. I used 6 sprays of 1 cal spray in my wok and when cooked placed it on top of some baby spinach...then topped with a small amount of fresh grated parmesan and two teaspoons of Balsamic, which I always have prepared with rosemary and whole garlic cloves...it was yummy...I measured the cheese to make sure it did not exceed 95 cals as stated in the food list and made sure the salad/veg was not more than a cup. Verdict...Handsome!

Yeah I hate when it starts to really wear off too-it actually looks like big weirdy freckles. I use Vanish to take it off-do you guys have that-it's stain removing washing powder. I found it took fake tan off by accident-was handwashing-and i only had my hands in the water for a minute cos I was gonna leave it to steep-and my tan was gone! Putting your nails in a tiny bit really whitens nail tips too! St.Tropez now has a tan remover though, I think! Oh tanning oil removes fake tan well too!.......again found out by accident!

Oh i did the booth once too-I was sooooo excited when it came to Ireland. You could only get it done in one place in Dublin and I was teaching there at the time so in I went!!! OMG Ross from friends!! I was sooooooooo orange!!! And my face!!!! Everybody starred at me!!! And the next day I had to teach!!! And the worst part-well yeah other than looking like a tangerine-was that it had advertised that it would last for 7 days-and no they weren't exaggerating!!

Yuuuuuuuummmmmmm!!! My dinner was a turkey breast grilled in Georgie!
You should do the grated cauliflower(why cant i spell that word-its like cinnamon!) and have 'rice' with your stirfry!
