Those are my thoughts too, but it isn't grocery day and she (stubbornly) won't buy anything before then. I'm just going to try to eat as little as possible until we get some more good stuff in the house!

It was lovely out there today, great for Feb...the sun was out, sky was really blue. We are set for a couple of days apparently.

Maybe mash your eggs with a small amount of mayo, salt and pepper? I find I can eat more that way and it does fill you up.

Just off and on for maybe 3 weeks...more off than on though lol. I've lost almost 100lbs doing low carb but I have been trying to switch to stillmans and cut fat out since I've been in a stall for a couple of months and nothing has really been working to get me out of it. I really need to get on it though so I can lose the rest of this weight!
