So, guess what? I found out old Mr (or Ms?) Scale has been lying to me. Unless I weigh myself 3 times, it will always give me a 3-4 lb LOWER number on the first weigh-in. So a week ago when I thought I lost 4 lbs overnight? Nope! Crappy scale.

With that in mind, I'm still 127.6 today. Today's menu will include eggs and deli turkey, because those are literally the only things acceptable in the house. I am totally reliant on what my mom brings in the house as I only have $10 to my name at the moment.

So, turkey and eggs it shall be. **** it, I'm going to see how little I can eat from now though Friday. I won't be no 120 for the party, but I will at least be burning some ******* fat like mad crazy by that time!!!

Yup Ireland is expensive!! A dozen eggs is about E1.50. Our salaries are high enough too though-or at least they were before all our lets say mega financial problems!!! They've been really slashed in the last couple of months.We have a lot of British high-street stores, and actually it is cheaper to go to the store, try on the clothes, and then buy them on the UK sites-even with delivery charges it works out cheaper!

Meat, meat, and more meat today. My menu:

1 lb well-drained ground beef (I had to eat breakfast- I was ravenous)
small amount of deli turkey
1 large chicken breast cooked in a little olive oil
1 egg

And I'm calling that good for today- I'm off to bed. I you guys. I am so grateful to be back on track- I really do feel so much better when I'm not stuffed on the bad gunk!

Actually I was thinking of you when I was dyeing mine-you always do your eyebrows-and I was sitting there really wondering if I should put the dye on them! I didn't, i was too scared they'd go weird, by which I mean orange!

Can you ask your mom for tuna, chicken breast, or ground turkey?? deli meat scares me even if it doesnt have sugar. You would probably feel much fuller too on something else. I would have to eat like 3 packages of deli meat to feel full and the saltiness would just make me want more..

I guess what Im thinking here is in order to get through the day on eggs and deli meat, you would have to eat a lot of both and that wouldnt give the best results, and on the flipside, if you arenet eating enough of them, then thats not so good either.

I want you to succeed. Just some thoughts.

Watching What not to Wear-ancient reruns! Who is the long haired guy-get off the show and go get a hair cut!! I like Clinton! And OMG has Stacey lost weight-it's not like in the old ones she looked as though she needed to-she was very thin-but now she is skiiiiiiiinnnnnnyyyy! Her thighs are non existent!

if the dye made your roots orange, I wouldnt chance the eyebrows. But, you could always go over them again with a darker color, but thats probably not what your looking for. We have felt tip eybrow pens here, maybe you could try something like that?

Yeah with home colour my roots do go orangey yeah we have pens too, but I want my eyebrows slightly lighter!!
