Hey ladies!!I've had so far today:

deli ham (97% lean though!) from Costco
about 1/2 cup FAGE 0% Greek Yogurt
about 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

I had a few pickles too which was probably a no-no, but they were baby pickles...and 4 of them.

I'm headed to the gym! Elliptical, here I come!!

Are the votes in for the new thread title? I believe the springing into March appears to have won....

Oops! I was accidentally reading last months forum and wrote a response to that!! Here it is lol!

Emky: Did you see my post earlier? I'm from Chicago too! Whereabouts are you?

Also, share your meringue recipe pretty please? ^_^

Had some chicken salad (just chicken, garlic powder, s&p) with a Tbsp of mayo plus Greek yogurt! Total win bc I got the flavor I craved but the creaminess without TOO much fat!

I'm addicted to this Greek yogurt!!

^_^

^^^Oops- nope, I didn't see it! I'm from the Quad Cities- about 3 hours from Chicago.

Meringue recipe:
-2 egg whites
-about two tablespoons artificial vanilla extract (the fake kind doesn't tend to have corn syrup in it) or any other flavor of your choice
-20 drops liquid sucralose (or however much it takes to get you to your level of sweet- it takes me A LOT.)
-food coloring, if you like pretty colored fluff

Put egg whites in bowl, add other ingredients. Mix on high until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes).

Eat like that- no need to cook! It's tasty, basically 0 carb, and extremely filling.

Same here. I think they did use to have a low fat one but it disappeared. Aimed at kids here too but then so are Kinder Eggs and I could happily munch a couple of those.

Ok, I started the "March weighin" thread. Changed it up a bit. Hope its ok and that you will all join. I tell you, it took courage getting on the scales this morning but it turned out not to be so bad...just a few pounds up from my stats. I had tuna for breakfast this morning (odd I know) with a little light mayo, celery salt and cayenne. Lunch will be an omelette...looks like I got things the wrong way around today.
