I have always eaten a little cheese when doing Stills and it does not stall me at all, but everyone is different. I always make sure it is low fat...apart from the occasional bit of Danish Blue, other wise its Small amounts of low fat Cheddar, mozzarella or leerdammer. I also use very small amounts of Hellmann’s light mayo but I space it out...in other words, I never have all the above in a single day...well not when I'm legal. oh and Parmesan too. Great with fresh tuna, a little fresh lime and garlic.

HOW TO STAY YOUNG
1. Try everything twice.
On one woman's tombstone she said she wanted this epitaph:
"Tried everything twice. Loved it both times!"

2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down.
(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)

3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever...
Never let the brain get idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud.
Laugh until you gasp for breath.
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh,
spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.

6.. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on.
The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves.
LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever..
Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips..
Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county,
to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
I love you, my special friend.

11. Forgive now those who made you cry. You might not get a second chance..

And if you don't send this to at least 4 people - who cares?
But do share this with someone.

Remember! Lost time can never be found.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Wine does not make you FAT ...

- it makes you LEAN ....
(Against tables, chairs, floors, walls and ugly people.)

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.' "

Life is an echo; What you send out...comes back!

You never fail to make me laugh CC. The bit about the only person who is with you your entire life got me thinking...a little tearful coz I never thought of it like that. Anyway, off on a tangent but my fave topple is Gin and Tonic...I was at a friends over the weekend and she had this coaster that read "I am on the gin and tonic diet...and so far I have lost two days"...made me laugh.

Good luck Rebecca! Eat the eggs for the first couple of days until you're in the "stilly zone"-you can cut down on them later! Mostly on QWL I've eaten 2HB eggs for breakfast and then another sometime during the day to keep me going! I do like eggs!
