Hey all! I love reading your posts lol!

I'm down the 2 eggs and the cottage cheese. Opened the tuna and chilling it now because warm tuna=yuck!

I'm going to be dying to make tuna salad with mayo lol! Whatever!

How do you normally eat your tuna?

Oh and question! Any of you exercising?

Normally with a spoonfulf the lowest fat, lowest carb mayo I can find! or I chop something into it, or some mustard-but I don't really like mustard either!

Yeah I exercise. I started it day1! I find it really helps. I think I've probably lost my weight 'better' with it! I did aerobics and Pilates, then lots of biking. Now interval training, Callanetics and The Bar Method. (all just DVDs at home).Others have lost fine without it though! I just like it!(never thought I'd say that!) I like feeling fit, toned (kinda!) and in control!

Question!

I stumbled across a thread that talked about the CLA/GLA blend supplement! Have any of you taken it? I found a brand online called "MRM SMART BLEND" and am considering getting it!

:sigh: I'm doing well food-wise but really annoyed with myself that I gained TWENTY POUNDS! >_< In like a month and a half! How does that even happen? I was so happy at 128 and then it just went to crap.

I surely dont have the answers but I would suggest giving QWL a fair shot. The first few days will be kinda miserable, and you'll probably question your decision to follow it, over and over again, but believe us when we tell you. It works. It works fast. You'll be happy you did it. You are gonna be wow'd, I tell you!!!

dont spend anymore $$$- save it for your new clothes!!!

Hey ladies!!

I'm confused!! I printed out one of the documents about Stillmans and it says that things w/artificial sweeteners are NOT allowed...

but then I googled some recipes and saw Splenda was allowed?

I have a Target brand of Splenda and it has less than 1 carb per packet and I am absolutely DYING to mix one into my 0% FAGE GREEK YOGURT and freeze it...therefore making frozen yogurt! ^_^

What do you guys think?

I'm also contemplating on how to make my chicken for dinner. I'm very close to just seasoning it and grilling the darn thing.

So far today, I've had:

2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 can tuna
A spoonful of the Greek Yogurt (ahhh tastes like sour cream if there's no sweetener! ickk)

I'm interested in hearing what you all have had today so far!! Seeing other people's meal plans would definitely help!

I've never done the sweetner thing-too afraid it would stall me! Didn't even chew gum on QWL! Don't know much about them but I've read that some are much better than others, as in the effect they have on blood sugar. For me it's better just to stay away from all things sweet, even diet Coke would prob give me cravings!

The stickys at the top of the page give the rules for the different plans. Sweetner is allowed and one of the books lists jello too.

The 14-Day shape Up has yogurt and skim milk.

I had my pouch o tuna today (6.4 oz) and Im headed home soon for my chicken. Gonna grill it with just salt and pepper. I'll probably have 2. If I need something later while catching up on GLEE, it'll either be more chicken or tuna! and on the liquid front...a few cups of java (w/ sweet&low) and 5 bottles of water with CL. Im using one packet, per two bottles.

OMG girl, we got hammered. BF even stayed home-driving 65 miles round trip just ain't worth killing yourself to go to work. The snowbanks are five feet tall where he's plowed. We have a ginormous mound in the back yard that's thirty feet long, twenty feet wide and five feet high.
And then tomorrow we are having sleet changing to rain. Lovely, ice then flooding..........and my Dad keeps calling from FL to report the weather.
'High honey, I just wanted to let you know I'm on the rivier walking the dog and it's 75 degrees out."
'Screw you Dad!'

CC- my brother started feeding a stray cat a month ago. Its not allowed inside my Moms and now we think it might be pregnant. (or worms from what Ive been reading.) It could just be gaining weight from finally having food, but its like all in the belly!!!! (kinda like me)

Do you think if it has kittens soon, they will survive out in this cold? I dont know how we can help them without bringing them in. Its breaking my heart.
