Okay, I read through the QWL book again and the high fat/low carb diet is listed under one of the alternate plans. He even says use cream in your coffee! I am striving for mostly lean but the last couple of days I have been getting too hungry,so in fear of totally blowing it, I will have a little extra fat like skinless chicken thigh vs. chicken breast.
Just got back from seeing the The King's Speech, great movie.

I brought HB eggs to work today and I actually have chicken thighs thawing at home.

How many eggs should I eat for the day? Have we decided if there is a limit?

My face gets kinda plump too, when my weight is up. I want it to be thinner again!

In other news, I want this done to my thighs:

Freezing Fat: FDA Green Lights Weight-Loss Treatment Zeltiq - ABC News

Off to exercise now!

^^Indeed! Damn fat. Stupid bodies being programed to store it!

In other news my pee sticks turned pink today, a little more than 24 hours after my night of wayyyy too much champagne. I'm not entirely sure, but I think I damn near drank 2 bottles by myself. I never do that! I was having such a good time chatting with that guy...

Exercised this morning. I'm trying something new; instead of working out moderately for 30 minutes daily, I'm going to do 20 minutes of high-intensity every other day. From everything I've read about recent research, it seems like it might be more effective. That would be excellent- less time on the treadmill? More sleep-in days? Awesome!

I will try the scale out this Friday. Pretty sure I'm retaining water from the Great Dehydration of 2011 (which was caused by alcohol)

Down 1.2 today!
I am doing an experiment ,since reading about the high-fat/high-protein diet alternative in the QWL book, I am going to do a high(er) fat week this week and see what if any difference it makes. Dr. Stillman did say in this part of the book that the original QWL plan would yield faster results. I am thinking maybe I will alternate weeks if it goes well

Emky- I can vouch for the shorter more intense exercise being good for fat loss. I lose noticeably more belly fat when I do about 25 minutes of walk/run intervals vs. less intense longer workouts.

OMG I would so take it......my profile is so ugly I have this straight line from the bottom of my chin to my collarbones......if I push hard on the roof of my mouth with my tongue I look normal but I can't keep it up.....pls tell me it goes away! ^^It figures. My mom has the shortest, plumpest little legs and I did inherit them!

And no really- I am seriously lacking in the bust dept. I'm barely a B cup when I'm fat (like now lol) and an A cup when thin. Oh well. I kind of like being flat when I'm thin because it makes me feel thinner.
