well Getting There...I usually break up my treadmill in chunks of time...then at the end of the day I add up how long I went, calories, time...I can do a mile straight thru.. but doing it that way I tend to do a tad more..going off topic is the best!!

I read that breaking exercise up into chunks actually keeps your metabolism up!

Sounds good but I'll have to pass. For some reason me and vitamins dont mix. Even if I want to take em, I just dont seem to make it happen.

Yay for shrimp cocktail!! Actually, I dont even think I like shrimp. I just eat it for the sauce

Seriously girls. Im a completely different prson. I cant even remember what it was like to wear my skinny jeans.. it wasnt that long ago, and I let this happen all over again. sucks.
