meat has B vitamins too... just keep eating! Im guessing the reason you couldnt get full was because you were very low fat. When I was strictly meat, you wouldnt believe how much I could eat.

I am dying to get back there peeps. Whats it gonna take!!!

I've been up 15 minutes now and I can tell you today is shaping up to be just as ****** as the last two days. First thing, the scale tells me I gained 1.6 lbs since yesterday. I was like "Wha???!!!" My pee stick turned purple this morning, I didn't eat more than 1200-1300 (low carb) calories yesterday, and I exercised too! How is it my body magically gained?

Eff, man. Just eff. It's day 13; tomorrow is the two week mark. I feel like a ******* blimp. I'm extra frustrated because I had hoped to be down to 120 by Feb. 11th for a party I'm going to. Now I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen.
aww, sweetie....you've come so far and are soooo close, you can do it!

This meat only diet will work, and it will work without exercise. (This does goes against the popular vote, but I gotta say it anyway) I would sit back, relax, eat meat and let your body do its thing. Once you get your energy back and feel like working out, then by all means, do it. Eat meat til your heart (and belly) are content. Then add dairy later on to see what happens. Just my thoughts.

Wanna take on a challenge? Lets go back to black on coffee. I'm in if you're in. Anyone else?
^ what she said......I would ditch the fiber and go with magnesium, IMHO

Thanks aleriaa and CC! You gals are great. I will ditch the fiber. I've been taking magnesium though, and it hasn't helped with the constipation. I guess I'll take more?

My fall menu included:
steak
ground beef (drained)
roast with a little sugar-reduced ketchup
turkey
eggs
deli turkey
tea
plain coffee with a couple drops liquid sucralose
meringue dessert
gelatin

Pretty much what I'm eating now. *Sigh* I guess I will drop the one serving of vegetables I was eating in the morning- doing that just made me feel a little less paranoid about getting enough vitamins, etc. I am taking a multi though, so I should be okay.

Thanks for sharing your menu! I survived 9 months on meat and Im still alive to talk about it. Everyone thinks I should take vitamins but I dont.

another reason you might not be seeing the results you want is the fact that you are already tiny!!! I keep forgetting you dont have much to lose. You are already close to your ideal weight so your bodys gonna fight ya!! are you a fellow shorty?

Wow, 9 months! You must look (or looked...not sure when you did that 9month stretch) fantastic!

And yep, I'm a shorty! I'm just barely 5'4". That's supposed to be the height of the average American female, but all the women I know seem to be taller than me. It's a conspiracy, I swear!

I like the meat eating me, much better... Im kinda a miserable mess at the moment...

After 6 months of QWL, I started eating more and more fattier meats, and still continued to lose. I could eat a 24 oz prime rib, and still have room for more. 2 lbs of ground turkey in a sitting..probably more. When I was strict, nothing was more satisfying and every bite made me smile! i remember I used to eat 2 of everything for QWL, double portions for sure. So always 2 chicken breasts, or 2 bowls of beef, famlily pack of tuna!!!

Cant wait to go shopping tomorrow and stock up!!!

emky- does the constipation feel uncomfortable/painful? It is very normal to not go for a few days. I was always in disbelief at the amount of food I took in and the lack of stuff that came out. I know..gross.. but its the truth!

IMHO multi+potassium to avoid headaches. Up the mags one tab per day to get moving, but don't overdo otherwise there could be an Od Faithful (the geyser) eruption. Not good if you are out and about but if you want the quickie colon cleanse I do four....and pray BF doesn't beat me to the potty after the morning java!
