Well, I have BF's cold and I feel and sound awful, and to add insult to injury I managed to slam my right pinkie in the door of my truck yesterday while shopping.....if it weren't so painful at the time it was hysterical..........desperately pawing through the console for tissues or paper towels trying not to bleed all over everything, finally finding a wet one to wrap the finger in, trying not to pass out then lurking in the store bandaging it up and holding it on a bag of frozen green beans to get the throbbing pain down......

lovely way to start the new year, yep

not really hungry but I keep thinking about the cube steak in the fridge......yum

Heya Ladies.. unfortunately I haven't been too good lately...so I am looking for something to jump start it...just a day though..

Aleriaaa..If I eat egg salad.. it does a number on my stomach...how weird is that..OMG I can put away tons of meat...LOL....however you know water..doesn't help me lose weight...

You are not alone!!! Im still trying to collect myself, brush myself off, and stand up straight. Its a lot harder than I thought, but it will happen!

When I was strictly meat, I was able to eat and eat eat and able to lose or maintain by the amount of fat I ate. Stomach always felt empty and flat, even after a 16 oz ribeye. I cant wait to get back to that!!! These carbs have really thrown me for a loop!

water...in all honesty, I dont even drink it. perhaps I should and follow the rules, but I think I will alsways be a crystal light junkie.

OMG I thought I was alone.. because after my coffee, I drink orange sunrise crystal light...water just stays put in my system... and makes it worse..well I have been cheating for 2 days.. after being good since Nov 30th.. so I am going to put my right foot forward into Low Carbsville...!!!!

Do you find that the orange is slightly acidic? Kinda burns my stomach. The grapefruit one does too, but they are still soooo yummy. Its more like the after effect...

OMG your going to think I am nuts.. but I find the Orange sunrise (Walmart's brand) tastes like orange juice...but I always add a splash of diet 7up in it or...when I can find it, the Diet Sierra mist cranberry, which makes it an orange/cranberry drink...or I like at Walmart the Hawaiian punch Orange flavor, which to me tastes like kool aid...I am not a big drinker...so it doesn't have that affect to me...but I love grape, and Cherry Lime too!! wow I never seen grapefruit.. but I don't like the bitter taste of grapefruit, unless it's with real sugar....

Yup fasting might be good for me too! I always start breakie well-then it goes downhill to carb city from there........

Yeah it makes me crazy, when people tell me you have to drink half your weight in water.. OMG, I would rather jump off a cliff first..I heard that your body takes the moisture from the food and drink we consume...all water does is collect in my ankles.. causing me weight gain..sorry to vent...
