Ah it is now! I looked at mine to try to tell you what to do-something to do with inserting pic after uploading...but really I barely know how to do it. How am I gonna change it, I wonder!!

Aleriaaa, I had to do the same thing. This weekend I switched to Atkins Induction for sanity's sake. Yesterday I ate 3 eggs fried in bacon grease, a package of grilled chicken, a bunless burger with cheddar, bacon, and shrooms, a side salad with romaine, half a tomato, and oil & vinegar, and a bag of pork rinds. Plus I went out dancing and stuck to diet soda, coffee, and water while I was out. This morning, I'm down to 147.8lbs. I might be losing weight at a snail's pace, but at least I'm losing!

I'm going to have another Induction style day today; breakfast was 2 turkey burgers, and an Egg Drink made with sugarfree chai syrup (sooooo good!). But then tomorrow, it's back on the Stillman's wagon. I think for the duration of my weight loss, I'm going to eat Stillman's until I feel like I can't take it any more, and then switch over to Induction for a couple days to recover, and then back to Stillman's.

I'm only 7.8lbs away from not being overweight. C'mon, weight loss!

Do try to make it two weeks. You wont believe your eyes when you look at the scale!!!!! (I still feel its more torturous switching back and forth )

of course I would have said! Nope I haven't! And yeah I would like it to be a very very very light pink colour! Well white doesn't look that great on irish skin!
I got my engagement ring back tho and it fits! I had to get it made smaller a few times and the last time I went to the jewellers my other half was with me and the jeweller said-oh you're back. What are you doing to her? Are you not feeding her? Himself did not find it funny so he took the ring off me-oh yeah he did! And told me I could have it back when I stopped with "this losing weight business"! But he rlented at Xmas and gave it to me!

Menu today was so not on plan. Had a cappucino for breakfast/luncheek all that milk and fat. And I was gonna grill a chicken breast a while ago but I'm just not hungry so I'm having tea instead-think i'll do the liquid diet! He!

kids are going to grandmas tonight! I may in fact be up all night!! which is a very rare occasion..definitely wont beat your 5:30. Late for me is 11.
