1 chick breast 1 cucumber 3 tbsp ranch dressing
snack Chobani greek yogurt 1/2 c with splenda and 6 raspberries

dinner vodka tonics (diet) and a movie, tonight's classic is 'Support Your Local Gunfighter' with James Garner.

still trying to get rid of the last bits of fruits and veggies then I'm all meat

happy Friday Eve y'all I will catch up tomorrow nite!!!!!!!!!!

GT, Al, try making your tuna salad with one teaspoon of real mayo and two tbsp. of the greek yogurt.

I do one third mayo and two thirds greek yogurt in all my dips and dresings; I even did a veggie platter for a party like that and they RAVED thinking it was mayo and sour cream.

For a budget bulk recipe I bought the big quart tubs of regular yogurt and lined a strainer with paper towel and let the yogurt sit in the fridge covered in plastic wrap.........it sheds the water and thickens up like real greek. I did two huge tubs of the yogurt and one whole bottle of mayo. Celery seed, onion and garlic powder and some lemon pepper......the best ranch dip you ever had!

Thanks CC!! I actually tried Greek Yogurt for the first time last week. Very very good (mine had fruit in it though but I like the thickness) I really need to start incorporating these small changes instead of going off low carb completely. thanks again!

another tuna tip for those that dont want mayo/yogurt.....

make a glass of green tea peach mango Crystal Light/walmart brand. Take a spoonful of dry tuna and wash it down with a swig of CL. The flavor is quite merry.

my BFF said the same thing until I turned her onto the generic version of ChlorTrimetron.........the active ingredient is chlorpherinamine maleate....now she can visit without fear....next time yer at WalMart go to the allergy meds and get the 100 count bottle of Chlor Tabs......stops any allergy in its tracks...even mosquito bites and bee stings. Hey eveyone. It's a little after six thirty and I am in bed writing this on my new blackberry (which I am loving by the way). Been a bit down of late as I just don't seem
to be able to get thru a day without cheating. I need help girls...really I do. I had a quick look through the recent posts...I can not believe the hype the new britney song is getting...I think it's totally pants...sorry brit fans.
Cc, I think u asked me about my king prawn soup. I use fresh deseeded chili, lemon grass, spring onion or onion powder, organic kallo veg stock cube and corriander. I cut the ingredients large so I can fish out when done. Yum!
