yeah, the heel looks doable and they are really cute. The cross strap design is from a Lauren calf boot from two years ago, I really liked them but I couldn't bring myself to go another hundred after I got the riders.

Don't forget to go to macy's.com and print out the additional savings pass. I think it's for fifteen percent.

Will you need to go to an 8.5 to wear with socks?

Also, and this is a must do for boot season...especially since suede (grey in particular, which is this year's new black BTW) is to get a can or two of Kiwi suede and nubuck protector and leather protector. It's about 6 bux a can but considering the investment you will make in a good pair of boots well worth it.

Yeah I so agree with that!!!! Sounds so stupid but it's true-you have to be really ready to lose weight. Deffy!!

I will admit that I was really counting on more at this point but the last 2 months have been hard emotionally so I am VERY happy that I did not go down my normal well worn road of stress eating too badly.

I have really struggled the last 2 weeks to get back into the Stillmans groove but I think I am there now. Just taking it 1 hour at a time.

To all of you who are going well - congratulations! Keep with it - Stillmans works

To those of you who are struggling - I am right there with you Just remember that we are in a better place than when we first started, we are strong and we CAN live a healthier lifestyle and LIVE life
60lbs!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!! Stilly's is the best!!!!!!!!!!

Wow thanks IM2fat and CC for all the valuable info.

I certainly have noticed to many carbs seems bad for even the people who claim to be in the less meat blood type. So I'm not so sure about all the eat for your bloodtype info. But mine says eat meat. So it works for me.

Now just to stay in ketosis!
