You are right Al, but I find the first few days a challenge, and so tend to go higher fat as I find I have a huge appetite at this time. I do eat a little light cheddar and allow a small amount of light mayo when I am in the swing of things because I am not into cottage cheese and I still lose well with these foods. Other than that it is all to plan...oh, apart from Salmon, lol.

Ok! I can agree whole heartedly to the fat! (but I will lose much slower with it) In fact, I'll be dining on some chicken legs tonight! Hubby is cooking them right now, bless him. Perhaps I can go home with a smile on my face!

Tinned salmon? God I love the stuff-I eat a tin nearly everyday at home!! You can't get it in Germany, well it's weird paste stuff or it's in weird sauces--It kills me! Tuna is just not the same!! My Mum has even sent me over tins sometimes!!!!!! Oh yeah, sad but true!!

A random piece of info for ye---cos y'all wanna know these things!!!! I bought a bright pink Hell Kitty bathrobe in H+M today. It's so snuggily!! And it's an xs!! My old one was an xl. And it just looks stupid on now!! It was pink too with white polka dots!! This one looks about half the size of the old one when they're up against each other. It's scary really!!

O. .and for the record.. I have been a very, very, very good girl. . I'm proud of myself I think I finally got all the cravings out of my system. . I only ate a little ground beef tonight and I also had some pork with hot sauce this afternoon. .been busy all day so I didn't eat much but I dont have an appetite, either. . Hope this continues.. I feel a wooshy woosh. . I think I will weigh in tomorrow. . (before my shower. .haha)

Gotta bug hubby to color my roots now..(He does a better job than the shop.. he's very thorough !!!)
