Hey!!! Wishing everyone wooshes! Im sure do. Although I didn't weigh today, Ive been the same number all week! I think its the cough syrups and pills that are holding me back. I agree GT. This sucks!!

just been eating eggs and chicken and just polished of a pouch of tuna....more eggs planned for supper. exciting, isnt it?

I told my brutally honest coworker (that does physical training on the side) that I lost 3 pounds. He was the one that told me a month ago that we should have weekly weigh-ins in the office for me on Fridays to keep me in check.. anyway, when I told him my good news, he said "Oh yeah! where!??!" Gotta love him. Thats why Im eating tuna today. Nothing will stop me from getting to goal!

and dont let anything stop you girls from getting to goal!!!! We can do this!!!

just remembered this..I was talking to someone about Medifast the other day... I think its small portions of protein a couple times a day and a shot and a diet pill. The poor girl lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks but ended up with 18 gall stones and they removed her gall bladder. the program was $2700 and she said she gained it all back.

How horrible. Im wondering what the heck is in that shot and pill because this group is a true testament that protein only works!!!!

I feel so bad for her....

It's me again! Back here coz I miss you guys and because I really. really, really want to be at goal by Christmas. I think I am lighter than my stats

, so going to update those in a mo and work out how much I have to lose in pounds. Started back today, it's evening here so first day nearly under my belt...had to go a bit higher fat though, just to ease myself in. Hope everyone is good.

Hi there Swebb! How are you doing? Good I hope. I just weighed and I am down half a stone (7lb) since I last changed my stats, so feeling good about that. To reach goal, I have just worked out that I would have to lose 37lb...it's a lot but I think I can do it.

49 days to go.... hmmmm, that is quite a goal...it works out about 0.75lbs a day...but if any plan can do it Stillman's can, right?! Swebb, what is your mini goal? Would love to work together and look forward to a "stylish" New Year.

Not that we have problems with reflux...but it's nice to know. : )

Also, thanks for the shower tip...I don't remember EVER hearing that before! I love you! haha! Really, it's nice to have an explanation as to why my scale jumped up 2 pounds!

I hate to think of the thousands I spent on Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig...I felt so deprived...and so sad when those little, itty bitty desserts were gone...the serving sizes were so tiny. At least those plans didn't involve shots or pills...those things really scare me.

The local no kill Humane Society has a several month wait to take in cats. The local Animal Shelter euthanizes about 50%

On th plus side, I've been doing Tracey Anderson's Matt workout everyday. (It's very like the Bar Method) And I can really see the difference in my arms already-especially the bingo-wings!! So that's good!!

Maybe that attributes to your scale not moving...you are building that muscle that makes you leaner and eventually the scale will show it too!

Great to see you back on the Stillman's thread makemeslim!!! I'm proud of you for jumping back on...sounds like you behaved yourself pretty good while you were away!

If I were you, I would stick to lean meat, plain and simple. No processed stuff or dairy or ketchup. I can't remember what you usually eat but the cleaner you keep it the results will follow. Get past the 3 days without a cheat and you can get through anything!!! You will make it this time, for good!!!!

why oh why is my throat feeling scratchy..... I swear Im ready to shoot myself.... perhaps I just have 5 colds at once. ugh.... my kids doctor said there have been no cases of the flu in CT yet... I swear I had it because no medicine works!!!

I'm not gonna speak of it anymore..just know that Im still kinda miserable. well, at least cranky.. lol

Hi there, thank you. Behaved...not really...low carbed when I could with veg and light cheese but lots of pig outs. :blush: Just been lucky with Stillman's...I don't seem to pile it all back on and more when I go off plan.
