Squishy; The last 2 days I haven't eaten past three, although I eat till full on protein and I am only drinking water, no extras there. I was at a standstill, and I am losing weight with this not eating after 3 thing. Again today I did it, so I will let you know after the third day what is happening.

Meet and water only; I would like to know how to get in touch with the meat and water only people, since that is what I am doing, except for eggs. Can you get me located to them?

I ate at about 2:30 and didn't eat again until 9 (late dinner!) I WAS STARVING!! I don't know how you do it..but kudos! lol

Squishy, I just drink all my water after 3!But I don't suggest this unless one is stalled. And then, who knows what will happen after I eat after 3. But it is nice to know that there is an end point to eating during the day. Maybe not eating after 6 would work for a lot of people.

^^Hey, Anything! I think I'd like to try the no eating after 3 pm thing for the next week. I went on a crazy low-carb eating spree tonight (after the diet pop/real pop issue) and I want to make up for it starting tomorrow.

I must admit though- those 6 pieces of bacon tasted GOOD!

Good morning!

I have been very strict for the past 5 days and lost 11 pounds! Whoo-Hoo! I am trying to cut back on my green tea since I drank 4 cups yesterday morning and I was running to the bathroom a lot since that tea really cuts straight to my bladder!

Wishing everyone a pleasant morning!

HELLO PEEPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and an extra hello to Dustin cos your light is on!)I'm back in the land of net access!! Thank the Lord!! The cable guys are just gone--well about an hour ago-it's taken about 30mins for the wireless to be up and running. Seriously, I've been sitting here waiting for the lights to all come on on the modem---I'm like an alcoholic!!! We got a new tv too and a better cable connection with lots more channels and a TIBO (??) type thing (you can record a whole series of something etc!! I'm one happy girl!! The only blot on my horizon is I've o back to Germany to work (what's that, I've had such long hols I can barely remember! Hee!) So I won't be able to enjoy all these new channels!!!

Hey y'all, sorry for being AWOL yesterday. I am obsessing about shoes again and was in a heated bid for some Coach booties, but I got beat at sixty bux so I guess it wasn't meant to be. Plus they were from the 2005 fall line so I wasn't really too dissappointed.
After reviewing the Lauren fall line I have decided I may be able to pull off the knee high boot look..........DBF should be horrifiedthe one on the far left.....

Just like low carb in general, it is a bit to wrap your brain around, but after looking into the evolution of diet and food it makes perfect sense.
The fact that mainstream is so far left of this doesn't kill me as much as how obesity is an epidemic and yet every food ad is carb and grains. The great USDA conspiracy........

WTG you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have turned my two mile walk into a 1.5 mile jog and walk the rest.....I got a huge pack of pork chops Saturday and made fake shake n bake coating. I had one for breakfast yesterday..........mmmmmmmmmm it was yummy!

I have also trashed wings for lunch on Saturday and traded it for a 16 oz. tub of cottage cheese. Remembering this was a staple when I was losing well has brought me back to reviewing what worked for me. Gotta make a huge tub of SF Jell-o, too.

Glad everyone is back and online!!!!!!!! When is the welcome home party for Gwn?

Sharon, need to hear from you.......hope you're okay and please let ue know!

congrats Dustin, way to go. i got to get a new scale cause mine is fluctuating like crazy so i cant get an accurate reading.
keep up the good work.

but in the mean time...i'm doing fine and staying on plan.

I feel relieved this morning- my test strips still turned pink. That means I did NOT accidently drink a full-sugar pepsi yesterday. Yay! I'm giving my body a rest today from all the crud I ate last night- I've had an egg and a bowl of my meringue and that's all I'm eating today. It'll balance out the calories for the two days that way.

I bought a package of chicken...ya know the kind they sell with the canned and packaged tuna? I mixed it with my hard boiled eggs and made a nice looking salad...yuck! I like plain old egg salad better and I"m ok with tuna...but that packaged chicken was not very tasty!

Just thought I'd let ya know that...

OK Gals. .do you remember when way back when, I organized a WW at work class for my work peeps. . Then they all pretty much whined about everything (time/place/cost,). .etc. . etc. so I threw in the towel and said . Good Luck to you and gracefully bowed out. . Well. .now that they've seen me around and (different department. .s). . .they want me to start another class. . What gives and As if I would !!! No Freakin Way. . No Way. . they will never get my secrets. . huh

I finally had a revelation....after 3 years...I actually ENJOY the gym...who would have thought? I like the way I feel after..and I like the way I feel the next day. During the workout..not so much..but overall I feel good!
I went to the dr and his scale said I was 150..um,....no. Besides the fact it was 4:00, I had eaten all day long and had about 64 oz of water in me...I'll stick to what my scale says (146) thank you very much
