I'm thinking (ha!) that it should be 5 at the most!! I don't really notice 5 but 7 or 10 I def do-especially in my stomach.

I gain 5 after the first day off meat. it really stinks! Yeah 10 is definitely noticeable...I already forgot what it was like to be 113.....man..I cant beleive I messed everything up.

And to confess I'm still not back at my stats---I can't change them up--it'll kill me!!! Gotta say tho I was 125 for about a day!! It was always more like 126/127.
Now you can add 3 or 4lbs to that!

But I remember how exciting it was to hit the 130's last year!!! Good times! Right before xmas!!! It amazing that I kept the weight off (for the most part). I really am making progress!!!! yeah!

I don't actually get those wild gains or drops really--as in the water-weight thing, so when I gain--let's say 7lbs, and then I drop the carbs I only lose about 2lbs at the beginning---so the rest is all fat!!
When I think about too, it's s**--I gained in April--lost it again till July and gained it right back over August and September and most of October!! Great!

you'll get back down again! I know its so frustrating!!! but, its just a few pounds and with your height, it must still be pretty close to perfect!

I find that I have to put my weight up in there because seeing that stuipid number makes me want to get rid of it more!!!

Yeah it is great isn't it!!! I mean think of how it could be!! I never wanna be one of those people that come back to the boards a year or 2 later having gained all or most of the weight back. I read those posts so they'll serve as a warning to me--cos boy do I know how easy it could be.
So I suppose we shouldn't be too hard on ourselves!

And I do think one of the tricks is to keep posting and reading here, it reminds me every time that this WOE works. Full stop! And I love the successes people have! Keeps me motivated!!

OK. new discovery. . probably bad for me but it is so good

Ground meat. . hot sauce and turkey pepperoni (cut up really small). .MMmmm. .I am making my kids spaghetti and decided to put a bit of pepperoni (and cheese) in it. .by is smells devine!

I hope I didn't goof...I was trying to think of something to up my fat to get some energy...and I found in the freezer some of those Tyson's Tequila Lime Wings from Sam's...so I baked about 10 of them. They were mighty good...and I did have more energy...but, I hope they don't do me harm... I think the carb count for 4 of them is 2...if I show a gain tomorrow, I'll know not to eat them again.

I'm not even hungry for supper...so far...

I almost feel like getting into the 150's was too good to be true...it sort of happened fast! ::::nervous laugh::::::

GT, 2 years!!!! What a great testimony you are for Stillman's!! I want to be able to say the same thing...your stats are amazing. Do you ever think of yourself as heavy or have you accepted your new skinny body image??

Today's been good! No candy, no problems.

I have been extremely hungry though- I'm almost positive it's because I've been indulging in diet pop and crystal light wayyyy too much. I will cut it out tomorrow.

My sticks are not reading pink anymore. I think my body is still struggling to get back to ketosis after my Wednesday morning sugar-free candy-and-can-of-nuts mistake. I think my use of diet pop and CL have also stalled my return. Again- I will cut all of that out tomorrow. I think Friday would be a good day to check my weight- I'm afraid of what it might be at currently!

Becky, I know you are desperate to keep your weightloss (and keep it going), but I think you're being a bit too paranoid. Seriously now- you're worried about something with 2g of carbs? You're going to be fine!!!
