it's been fun-

but, I'm a wimp. Just not tough enough for Stillman's. I really admire everybody who can do this. I just cannot get into Ketosis and after 6 days, no budge on scales, I giving up. I know It is me, no doubt the program works, but guess I just do not have the required discipline. With carbs down to 5, I should've lost......oh, well, it might be meds or something. Not sure.

thanks. Counting calories ain't no fun and alot harder, but I can do that. Have began horse back riding again after 30 years. EE-Hah. so that will help as well.

I recommend the book Living Low Carb by Jonny Bowden, 2010 edition. It discusses all the major low carb plans, their good ideas, plusses, and minuses. You are sure to get some good ideas and find something that suits you better and works too.

For what it's worth, Bowden says Stillman's is a very bad plan and by trying to be all things to all people, both low carb and low fat, ends up with a woe that isn't healthy for anyone. I am just repeating what the gentleman wrote, so don't holler at me, ok? LOL

ravenrose. i hear you. i won't yell at you either. I've doing atkins for several months and thought i could break the plateau with Stillman's. I' m just a fizzle. thanks again.
