day 3 today
no ketosis. no minus on scale. here's what is going down.
64 oz water, typical day= brkfst, egg whites and 1/4 cup egg beaters or egg mixed with the egg whites, Break= boiled egg, left over chicken , Lunch= tuna in water, cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon SF strawberry preserves and boiled egg. Dinner= trimmed country style ribs, cottage cheese n/F
evening snack 1/2 cup SF jello. I have one splenda, devinci vanilla syrup in coffee every morning. Maybe today I will go into ketosis.
