I didnt want to weigh today because Im blocking it out and pretending it never happened.

I have a wedding to go to next weekend. Im hoping to stay on plan til then and maybe just maybe I can see my 119 on the scale. I havent bought an outfit, but Im thinking Im gonna try to bust out my engagement party dress from 7 years ago!! That would be sooo cool if it still fits!

Off to catch up!
YUM! The ground beef meal sounds so good - It doesn't sound too far off plan.

We want pictures of you rockin' that dress - careful, you might outshine the bride

I am visiting a friend for the weekend. When I walked in the door she almost fell over - she knew I had lost weight but had not seen me since I started Stillman's. I cannot see much difference when I look in the mirror - I guess we lose objectivity when we look at ourselves every day.

I am going to take more pictures so that I can look back at my journey when I get stuck/stalled and I think THAT will motivate me to continue.

Pictures, yep one of those things I don't really like but I am going to add that to my goals - a monthly picture of me......

Oh and this friend needs to lose weight as well and she and I talked for a couple of hours about Stillman's. She is a good friend and a great cook - the whole weekend is planned as a meat-fest

i'm UP .8lbs from last Saturday............Not a happy person...but I think I know where my problem lies....so hopefully next week I'll have a better outcome...

I'm going food shopping today...

It's just so hard to eat the correct way when I'm never home. I work literally 730-3, 330-730 or 330-930..so I'll have breakfast then lunch then dinner isn't until I get home at night...and I'm not getting enough water in...

the pouches have just enough liquid to get it down. Cant say its enjoyable

Im stumped with other ideas....just cook up a bunch of chicken and throw it in the snack pack! you'll get used to the blandness in a few days.. I havent tried the flavored tunas yet..but Im one to keep it plain in simple when Im in the zone

I just picked up some Hickory and Lemon Zest Tuna. . Those two are my favorites. . plus, I discovered they are twice the size as the regular packets which is why they cost twice as much. . You can get coupons on the starkist site and get them for about .89 each. . Quick, easy meal. .even good mixed with eggs. .scrambled or boiled. .

the dress is long and black, spagetti straps and empire. no outshining the bride here. and the empire will cover up the tummy after gorging on buffet meats. score!

I was brave a weighed myself this morning. scale still hasn't budged. . blah. . stupid scale, anyway. . I'm OK, though.. .considering stupid TOM . . I think I'll see a little loss monday/Tuesday if I continue to stick with my plan (which I intend to do). . This really has been a lot easier now that I have other options. . .I really have learned to savor every bite considering I've deprived myself for so long of things I used to enjoy. When I really think about it, I never really enjoyed evil carbs as much as I thought. . at least not alone. .and, at least, when they made me feel like a bloated beached whale afterwards! They really do, don't they? It is amazing what they do to your body. . think of all the growling and brewing and gasses they produce in your intestines. . When I am following plan, I do not have indigestion, I do not burp and I dont' have the funny stuff going on in my belly! I think because your body digests the food a lot slower, it doesn't feel rushed to hurry and make room for more! I really dont' know what I'm talking about but it sounds good to me. . In my pre-meat days, I would wolf down a burger or two. . fries, chips, baked beans and a salad. . you would not have been able to convince me that I would be satisfied with just a burger patty and hot sauce. . but MMmmm. .I sure am now!! I'm loving it. .

Speaking of hot sauce. . I miss Gwn, too. . That is the one good thing about October rolling around. . she'll be back to report and I can't wait to hear all about her big adventure. I sure hope she feels comfy enough with us to come back ASAP. .
