Back from the football game. . The boys lost! First time this year so I know there will be some long faces. . It was by one stinkin point too. . I can honestly say (without sounding like a spoil sport) that the ref did make some terrible calls. . Even the opposing team was sure they got the last penalty and then the ref called it on us! O wel. . I think it will make them that much stronger. Next week's game is against an awesome team so they'll have to step up either way! My boy got a couple good blocks in so he should be happy and no false starts this week! Yipppeeee. .

The best news. . I did not eat one single thing. . I'm a little hungry cuz I left right from work. .but I didn't do it. .I didn't give in to temptation even when the little kids came around selling candy bars. . Yay, me. .again!

Day 4 and I'm still golden. . Feeling better. .stupid TOM is over a week early so that explains why I was feeling so yucky and why the scale didn't move at all. (I peeked this morning cuz I was feeling so much lighter. .when UCK. .nothing. . not even a smidge. .well. .maybe cuz I really dont' know where I started but I'm still where I was several weeks ago. .so I guess that's OK). . but, on the flip side. .I usually gain a ton around this time so maybe that'll equate to a loss next week. .I'm hopeful cuz I'm due!!!

I have to take my other son to a "River of time" this weekend. .which is a re-enactment camp - he plays fife so he'll be downt here all weekend, playing and eating. . I'll have to be strong around the homemade root beer and kettle korn. .I will . I will. . I will. .

So chicken recipe modified for Stillman's turned out dry dry dry

I will have to re-work it some and then retry. The up side is that when I get "hungry" tomorrow in between meals I can munch on a piece of dry chicken breast and THAT will kill any additional cravings....

FINALLY!!!!

I can now say that after a few frustrating weeks of bouncing in and out, I am solidly in ONDERLAND

The WHOOSH Fairy came last night and took 2 pounds with her.

Now on to my NEXT mini-goal of 190

I'm sure if we had a mother who exploited us for our physcal moneymaker, a personal trainer, personal chef, agent, coach and manager running our lives we would all fit into them, too.

"Brooke suggests moderation in all things: "You don't have to be crazy and you don't have to be like an athlete... to be more fit". She goes onto talk about how going to extremes, setting unrealistic goals proved to be counterproductive. "Find something you enjoy and stick with it."

Well, I am up another 1/2 lb. again today.....I had so hoped to flush that water but I just can't!!!!

Who knows!!! I am eating clean, drinking my water!

Yesterday I had:

CO
chicken breast
coffee/cream
2 pieces sirloin, 2 pieces lean pork, sausage

Anyway.....it still didn't result in a loss!!

msgirl - sorry you didn't see a loss I have been see-sawing between a small loss, a gain and a stall for a couple of weeks. I realized that I had NOT been taking my vitamins as faithfully as I had been. Started taking them daily about 8 days ago and have seen a TRUE 4 pound loss since then. There are some other threads on this site that people have talked about stalling and then taking their vitamins and seeing a loss.

Just thinking out loud......

OOo. .Webb. . that is wonderful .. having those goals really help. . I'm almost finished with day 5 and it feels wonderful, too. . Haven't lost but I feel better. . just knowing I made it through a day helps tremendously. . Old habit sure die hard and come back to haunt you over and over and over again. .

Celebrate. .go buy yourself a nice new shade of polish and do those toes!! Better yet. . let someone do them for you!

Salty sausage, perhaps? Maybe you need to eat a little more? IDK. . I know how frustrating it can be when you are trying to figure out what to do differently. .but truth be told. .there is no weigh you can't lose if you keep following the plan. . yep. .no Weigh! You can do it .

I am back. I have been helping Mom after surgery, and it is a great experience, and time consuming. I have not gone off of Stillmans. I have lost about 2 lbs this week.

Dustin, you were really missed on this board! I got a kick out of seeing you on here for the first time since you left. Great to know you are there!

Sausage dilemena; Salt and hidden sugar is my guess. Hope not. And I have stalled several times on this diet, and then lose, so just stay with it. Don't give up. Body is trying to adjust to itself.

Concession stand; when tempted at a game, picture yourself there next year being able to treat yourself in a small way, with super nice clothes and a beautifully slender face!!

I have missed you all, and have not gone through all the links. Just wanted to check in. I come home Tuesday for a few days, and can respond better then.

Congrats on the woosh and the 2 pounds!!

Good Morning!! Ahhh I love Saturdays!! Although Im working allday and night, there will be peace and quiet and time for my friends!!!

I am love love lovin the new kitty IM2!!!! She looks like she really means business!!!

So, I stuck to plan all day. Well..I went on a coffee fast til 8PM, and then had the most delicious not on plan dinner. Oh well. I had my fun and thats the end of it. Big bowl of ground beef, melted cheddar and a home grown tomato. I wonder if I could do that everyday because that would be sooooo easy. I didnt want to weigh today because Im blocking it out and pretending it never happened.

I have a wedding to go to next weekend. Im hoping to stay on plan til then and maybe just maybe I can see my 119 on the scale. I havent bought an outfit, but Im thinking Im gonna try to bust out my engagement party dress from 7 years ago!! That would be sooo cool if it still fits!

Off to catch up!
