So peeps... Im down another one!!!! Today marks 122. I'm kinda liking how that looks. Not me, the number!

I had the 2.5 pounds of ground turkey last night and (block your eyes IM2) 4 strips of bacon. BTW... When I say 2.5 pounds, thats what is was uncooked. I left probably a cup in a half in the bowl. I could have finished it, but I got bored..

So...the moral is..doesnt matter how much meat we eat, we can still lose. As long as we dont include anything else.

I love this diet!

has anyone ever read about intermittant fasting? One version is eating all your food for the day in a 5 hour window. Besides coffee, that seems to be the trend I take on. Eating late lunch and then a big dinner, all within a few hours. Wonder if that helps my losses at all....I know it goes against what still says to eat 6 times a day but thought Id throw that out there.

When Im bored and home, thats when I eat 6 times a day...gotta keep busy because you know how I like my portions!!!

AL and friends> > Just got back from couponing and am sitting down to a big bowl of ground beef and pork smothered in hot sauce. . What a great way to end a shopping spree! I got so much stuff that I have to start hiding it in the linen closet! Time to stop for awile but considering I bought 4 papers today. . that wont' happen any time soon. . Gotta run the kids to youth group and have to pass Walgreens. . so I forsee more toothpaste, nyquil and deoderant in my future. . Gotta love bargains! 3:00 and first meal of the day. . the funny part was. . I wasn't even too hungry. . lets have 2 or 3 more days like that and I'll be back to stats in no time!

O and Al.. Vitamins are calling. . It does help to put your fish oil in the freezer. . I've not had any fishy burps since I started doing it. ..

We went out after church and I ordered a chicken bacon and swiss cheese sandwich. I hope the swiss cheese didn't hurt me too much...I was too lazy to pull it off since it was melted...and it was pretty tasty. But it didn't ignite any cravings...back to meat only for me.

I think abstaining from the salad and occasional veggies has accelerated my weight loss a little...when I get ready to maintain I will be adding those back in.

I can't overstate the change I am feeling in my body.

I had so many aches and pains...I thought it was just being in my 40's...but I feel like a new person. I'm not sure if it's the weight loss....the coconut oil...or a combination...but I'm happier with my physical state than I've been in soooo long!!!

AL, Msgirl introduced me to Stillman's ...and your signature really persuaded me also to give it a shot...because those 5 simple rules made it sound so do-able!!

I did the Fast-5 plan for a few weeks...I did lose some...but I got a little ... I think the term is "hypoglycemic" ... I had a weird spell at school...

every now and then now while doing Stillmans I stand up too quick and you know, how you might feel a little dizzy...but it's never that bad.

What happened that day in the library was more exaggerated...really weird and it took me a few minutes to recover....shook me up a bit.

But I was eating whatever I wanted during my window...and sometimes that wasn't very good choices...

If it weren't for my CO I would sometimes eat only once lately. But I get calories twice a day from the CO...so I think that helps.
