That's great Becky that people are noticing!! And I agree on the not eating the nasty carbs again!

I do agree with some of it- this diet is restrictive). .We all realize that if you lose weight quickly, restrict certain food groups and fail to exercise and go back to your old habits. . you will gain and you will gain more than you lost in the first place! That is why we need a game plan. . First. . we need to lose to feel better. .to give us the push we need to keep on going. then we need to start polishing ourselves and our diet to make it livable/manageable. . So. .I am going to propose a goal which will include a "treat" . not a cheat but a treat! Don't confuse the two. . A treat can be enjoyed, guilt free, it is planned and it is on purpose. . .. a cheat makes you feel worse, out of control and doesn't satisfy like a treat can. . I think we should all name a goal. .a time to fulfill that goal and decide on a treat! If you do not make your goal, you must start over with a new clock until you make it to your first treat.

I
That makes so much sense!!

The long timers are who I really like to hear from because you all have been where I am...and know where I'm headed! : )
I enjoy it when Im in the zone! any little (or big) slip though and it makes it soooo much harder to jump back on.

Thankfully I got a grip on the cheats, and have no doubt I will make goal this time. I just need to see what 110 feels/looks like. Although, if I could maintain at my current weight, Id be thrilled. Come December, I will be able to say I have not been over the 130's in over a year. That is big news for me. I will proabbly use Stillmans as a band-aid to weight gain for the rest of my life. Although it would be nice to just eat healthy and maintain forever, I know I like to over indulge here and there, and then use the magic to get it off quick!

Still 123 and that is after two days of my bacon, ground beef, turkey mixture. Ate it all. 5 lbs of it. So, my theory that we pee it all out has to be correct. I have not gone potty, so where did it all go. That is the question to ponder today if you dont have a weak stomach... hahaaaha Sorry Im so gross.

I love and hate working on the weekends. I'm all alone and can work in peace (and check in with my LCFs) but the rest of the world is out having fun..

off to daydream about mansions and Starbucks Frappacinos, and cheese.

How often to you exercise? Is it crucial to your weight loss? I want to start going more often...but...I'm lazy lol. I seem to be losing fine without it, but I guess once I come close to my weight goal, I could use the gym to "tone up"...I don't even know how to use half the machines at my gym! I always feel silly going alone. I like the treadmill and the bikes...

Just wondering your perspectives
Hi Sp-your sooo pretty!! I think exercise is really important! I use the bike, do Pilates (which I think has helped the most) And now I go for walks too-til the weather gets too cold!I think it really helps with the weight loss and def with the toning!! I think you can lose fine without it but I know from me that I have really changed my shape with it. I used to be really pear shaped-with saddlebags etc. Now I have narrow enough hips. I know I would never have got that with the diet itself. If I'm honest I hate exercise really--well thinking about it!! But I love how I feel after!!
