Good morning! I am going to try to stay on plan today. The only thing stopping me will be our choice of where to eat dinner. Even if it turns out to be a not carb friendly place, I will do my best and will stay away from the dessert.

IM and Mim, if you can have a little detour...and then jump right back on track, that sounds like a victory to me!

It's when the detour keeps you off the Stillmans road for days, weeks, then months...that's when it gets to be a problem.

And frequent detours tend to gain momentum...and make the next detour easier...so get your eyes on the prize! We've all had to shake ourselves and remind ourselves what got us overweight in the first place.

I went to Crackerbarrel yesterday and had the grilled catfish with green beans and a clean side salad.

I know green beans and Salad are not Stillman's...but about once a week I like to indulge that way...boy, those green beans were good.

I also had a hamburger patty for supper...I am up a pound this morning...but that doesn't bother me ...

IM I'm glad you are getting stuff checked out with the doctor...I'm glad your doctor feels it is nothing serious...female stuff can be scary, I know...

Well, gotta go get ready for church...I'm looking forward to seeing if my skirt is any looser!!

Becky! Its very simple. Just shake shake shake it on ANYTHING!! Or throw it in a tiny bowl for dipping. A little goes a long way but I like it hot! I mostly use it on chicken and ground turkey, but its awesome on eggs, porkchops, and burgers too! I use Franks Original. The wing sauce has carbs.

Everyone; I am at a stall. It has been three days and the scale has not moved. I have not cheated at all. I am still exercising daily. I just tell myself, I will start losing again. But I do worry about my metabolism slowing down. It has been three weeks and maybe I am not eating enough? I still exercise and take herbal thyroid support. (I am borderline hypothyroid). Well, it can't stay at 199 forever, may just a month, like it did to another lc stillman blogger?

Me v.s. Scale = frustration!

So, I am NOT going to weigh until September 10th. That will be my 6 month Stillmansversary. My goal to to attain a total of a 60 pound weight loss by then (or more ).

When I get on the scale and it it still bouncing around it makes me want to throw in the chicken bone, turkey leg, etc. and say ENOUGH! I know that is my evil :fat twin" trying to talk me into giving up yet again but NOT THIS TIME!

So, no more daily weighing (this is going to be very hard for me) and no more whineing (at least until after 9-10)

Off to eat some tuna..........
