Hi Everybody!!! and WELCOME BACK GT!!!!

Well, I'm at it again...the cheats that is...Im back from camping, back to work tomorrow, and back on plan.... Have not weighed but will tomorrow morning. you'd think it would be easy to stick to plan in the wilderness. Nope.. It was junk food smorgesborg! I did get a lot of exercise however so maybe it will even out. Doubt it!!!

I dont have to many more plans for the summer now, so I will be sticking around! I miss you guys so much when I cant check in!!!!

Make me stick to it tomorrow girls and Dustin! I think Im gonna be a little cranky..

HUGS!!! Sorry so short. Gotta finish getting everything to gether to go back to the real world tomorrow!!! and that includes packing my tuna!!

Glad your back, Al. now perhaps I can get my life back together too.. .doing payroll and I'm whipped so I can't stay on long. just wanted to check in with everyone . Which, by the way. . were are you all? Come on. . don't desert us now.. This is when we have to do it to lose it. . Let's go..go . go. .

If Mim doesn't check in. .I'm going to weigh myself. I can't stand it any longer and I think I need a reality check . I was being so good and perfect and then I started convincing myself that one taste.. one lick . one bite. . well. I am sure you all know the rest. . I plan to wake up early and plan my day. .today was difficult. .left work early to go to my son's scrimmage and it lasted about 6 hours. . no food except foot ball food. . I had not eaten since breakfast so I used that as an excuse to satisfy my hunger. . . Ugg. .

But, I'm taking back control, and it's time to break the cycle of weight gain. I've started cutting back carbs today, but as I said, I will be starting hard core on Friday.

I've read of the success many of you have had thus far and I'm VERY inspired!
