Hi, I have been reading this post since January and I was wondering what happened to Nermo. She had lost alot of weight and I would like to know if she is doing okay. I enjoy reading about everyones success. Keep up the good work!!!

As far as the stomach issues goes, I had a sensitive stomach when I first started. I felt that I was getting cleansed from all the starch and crummy food I had been eating. This may be too gross to think about, but if you have parasites, who thrive on carbs, that nausea may be due to them? You can get parasite cleansers in any health food store or on the web. Do not take them if you are pregnant or think you might be... mmm. Nausea... pregnancy maybe? But if you are not pregnant or won't become pregnant it may help clean your blood etc... If you take them while pregnant, you may lose your baby so don't!

The first few days can be rough. nausea, crankiness, headache, fatigue... but it will get better! Usually by day 3, especially by the end of the week. I think its your bodies way of switching from buring carbs to converting the protein for energy. Congrats! You are probably in Ketosis!

and with ketosis, comes major weight loss! woohoo!

Down 1 today! Had my CO ice cube for breakfast. YUM! Im feeling energetic! Happy! and I cant wait to start the day!

Got my new IKEA catalog in the mail so I'll be heading down there today. lots of great new stuff! (Ive noticed they are getting a little snooty with prices, but still way better than the common furniture stores!)

Also need to go for a meat run...theres is no chicken left in the house!

Im also gonna try to grab some good steaks if I can find a decent sale!

Good morning everyone! I woke up with a terrible headache this morning, which in a weird way tells me I had a good day yesterday - no carbs. Today is day 2 and I lost 1.4 lbs yesterday, ehich I know is probably water but it still feels good! Hope everyone has a great day!

I had a check up yesterday (pap smear...yuk) and this morning I went in for blood work. They are checking my thyroid and cholestarol (sp). I will be interested to see what my numbers are... I've been doing Stillmans for 8 weeks now...26 pounds...yahoo!

The nurse came back from testing my pee and said, "Have you eaten today?" I know the reading showed me in ketosis...she just shook her head like I was doing something bad. My dr. didn't have a problem with me forsaking sugar...

I had to fast food and liquids so I couldn't drink my water and have my CO/CL shot this morning with my vitamins...now I have done that, I'm able to start the day! I'm glad I was able to get the blood work done first thing this morning.

THe scales are not moving for me...I've been bouncing around 183-185 for several days now...I'll just keep truckin' along...maybe TOM is working on me.

I just calculated that in order to get a BMI that is Acceptable for my height...I should weigh 140 pounds...

That's what I weighed when I was a senior in high school....

Oh yeah, I'm not as tall as I used to be either...

Back in 95ish...I joined Weight watchers and they measured me being 5' 6.5"

Last year I measured 5' 5.5"

yesterday they measured me 5' 5"!!!!

I want my inch and a half back!!!!!!

My dr. thinks the WW height must have been wrong...I dunno...weird.

Good morning!

It's almost noon! Whoo-Hoo! I fell off the horse last night, but I climbed right back on. I'm still feeling pretty good so far.... been drinking lots of water. My headaches and fatigue wasn't so bad.

Last night, I fired up the crockpots and made 2 pieces of chicken. I put a lot of Tony's spices on the chicken that I can really taste the "heat" from the spices... very flavorful!

I have been nibbling on the chicken pieces throughout the morning.

So, here's looking forward to tomorrow!!

Hey D- Glad you are feeling better today! new rule for you: you must check in before dinner each and every night!!! Im curious, why dont you try the beef? Also, do you have a grill? the taste of crockpot chicken gets old for me real quick! We have got to come up with some ideas to keep you going!

Hi Al,

I bought some beef..... they are in their tubes. Just need to drag out and wash my pot so I can start browning the beef. I think I will save those for the weekend. When I woke up this morning, the chicken smelled so good!

I'm going to stay away from diary products. I have been eating so much diary that my nose is stuffed up. I have noticed if I eat some diary product, my nose really gets plugged up when I wake up in the mornings. It wasn't that bad this morning.

i think i suffer from the same allergy! ive noticed on strict qwl, my sinus's behave much better!

I'm so jealous - I love CO bark but it doesn't like me (GI upset). Is it something you can get used to?

Is there any particular words or anything to look on the package if I decide to jump on CO wagon?

Just a drive by, as I peck away on my iPhone, ignore the typos. I'm at sig weight and hoping TOM will take a bit more when he leaves tomorrow. I have a woohoo! Went shopping yesterday and got 93% lean beef for $1.99/lb! I've been paying $5-6.49/lb so I stocked up and got 7lbs! Usually I shop wherever I can walk or bike to but my friend drove me to one of the cheaper big stores and I loaded up when I saw that price! I felt like IM2

. I'll check back in when I get to my laptop, just missed you guys

CO greatly reduces my appetite and give me an energy boost...so much that I don't even drink diet coke anymore...

I haven't eaten anything today but 2 servings of CO (2 TBS each)...one at breakfast and one at late lunch. I'm not even hungry at all...

My blood sugar is down from 175 to 116 this morning! Yeah! I've been on Stillman for 8 days!! I have lost about 8 or 9 lbs. I wish I had written down my weight. My blood pressure is having difficulty coming down. I am being very strict about the diet. Just meat and egg whites and lots of mustard. No diet cokes so far. If I have one, it will be because I am tempted and stressed beyond belief. I just keep drinking water. Got my labs from the doc today. I will have fun trying to figure it all out! Stay with Stillman's it works!
