Does anyone eat London Broil? Its a cheaper cut and very very lean except for the edges. I like to slice it, season it and throw it on the grill. Its my new favorite meat. The ribeyes were soooo good last night but way to fatty for stills...

Im wearing a spongebob t-shirt that I bought to match the kids pjs...I didnt think we would have a/c issues at work and Id have to take my sweater off. (Its usally very cold here) I look like a jerk..

I am going to have a bag o tuna a little later, then finish up some leftover chicken, and steak for dinner. Both of these I marinated in dressing and I wont be able to do that anymore. they taste too good, but a little sweet. I am positively going old school after the weekend is up!

Wow we are a talkative bunch today

Just a quick report - scale was down another .5 today

For ME the CO seems to really be working. My goal was to lose 50 pounds by July 10th and I am 2 pounds from goal.....
