Peach Mango Green Tea and Citrus Splash have caffiene. ( I actually dont prefer the Crystal Light Strawberry - I like Walmarts! There was also a blueberry tea that I havent seen in a year. That one was kinda off to me too. Im thinking I dont like the taste of caffeine. If it has a taste?? BUT the peach Mango is AWESOME!!
I didn't know about the Citrus Splash...I'd like to find that one. I'd love a blueberry one too! Thanks AL!

Ok, Hubby says its late, so I'm not going to finish the rest of the four pages. But it sounds like everyone is doing great!! Except Al, who has prolly recovered by now. The evil scale said I gained 6 pounds this week. I feel better after a day of less sugar, just good food and lots of water (finally!). Yeah, I will get this off, but I think it may take more than a week.

I'm much happier without it--then I can live in my"I'm losing loads" bubble!! (where everything is also pink and shiny!)

Gain 15, lose 5...its really not that great....also keeps me cheating...sigh...

Im seriously going to try hard to stick with the meat for 2-3 weeks. I want to feel better, get rid of my allergies, and get back down to 115. At 113, people were thinking it was too much loss so 115 will be my happy maintain weight and I will join you on the veggies!

Or 110 but with exercise so Im firm and not saggy...

Sugestion for walking: Get a pair of FIT-FLOPS. I wore mine all over Venice. You will be much less likely to twist that bad ankle. My left ankle is very bad and I have had some nasty falls in recent years. When I was 15 I broke a bone in my left foot. My mother gave me an aspirin, my brother's crutches he had from a football injury and said "stop whining!"

So, I never had it set. Several years ago out of the blue a doctor who was giving me a check up (my feet were bare and in stirrups) said, "when did you break your foot?" and he pointed out how badly the bone is sticking out. He recommended having it re-broken and set and told me that's probably why my left ankle goes out all the time. Because of the way I compensate in my walking because of the stupid bone.

Anyway, since getting fit-flops I have not had any ankle or foot problems! I've even been wearing them on the elliptical and they are so darn comfortable.

Later, I will find a link for you and show you the ones I have. I got my first ones 2 years ago. Now I have 3 pairs of them and am definitely planning to buy more.

The first couple of days you wear them, even around the house, you will notice that your legs -- hamstrings -- calves -- feel a little sore and like they are getting a workout, 'cos they are! Everyone tells me I have nice legs. It's the fit-flops!! And they are so comfortable you will never want to wear anything else on your feet.
I had to search this thread to remember who told me about fit-flops - I thought it was you Yam but I wasn't sure - well I did order them THEY CAME YESTERDAY - and - I NEVER WOULD HAVE PAID FIFTY BUCKS for a pair of FLIP FLOPS - if you hadn't been such a good salesman!!!

THEY ARE WONDERFUL! I'm not sure I'll be able to walk all day in them - maybe - but they are the best I've found so far - my sister swears by crocs - and after visiting her, I bought FOUR PAIR OF THOSE TOO lol different styles, one a cute flat, one a cute strappy wedge sandal - and they are not bad - for a couple of hours at a time - but these things are AWESOME - and I just wanted to say thank you and recommend them to anyone else with serious problems walking.
