Well.. seriously . .that was when I was doing WW and had actually lost. . I have worse pictures but can't find them (I have very few. .).. plus I thought I didn't look that bad. . that just happened to be my turning point. gotta do Low Carb.. If I get brave. . I'll do an after picture but I can't today . I haven't even showered. . I'm cleaning and playing on LCF! I wanna get my housework done before I face the day!

I clicked on the pic hoping it would get bigger....I've had the same problem when cropping. CC will know how to fix it!

I'm thinking that was about 180.. At the beginning of last year I was closer to 190.. and I know I had been dieting for awhile..I don't feel that I look much different now. Seriously. my weight is all in my stomach.. crazy, isn't it? I supppose my other body parts got smaller. I just don't realize it because my stomach is still larger than anything.. I still feel like I look in those pictures. . I don't feel any different except I can get dressed a little easier. . does that make sense? I do remember struggling with what to wear that day. . I still have the short and can still wear them but the top is long gone. . Purple and green! what was I thinking?

I'll post after pix when i can see my neck bones like sexy Gwn!!!

I just went in the bathroom...took all my clothes off to weigh! I was hoping to see 187 or 186 again! I'm so stupid! haha... I'm still at 188...maybe I'll see a loss in the morning!

I've had 3 scrambled eggs late this morning...with 1 1/2 TBS of CO. Then I just took my afternoon vitamins with 1 1/2 TBS CO shaken in a small jar with a few swallows of CL. I'm so happy to have found a way to take CO without gagging! haha

A Crystal Lite question...I've only seen caffiene in the strawberry and peach. Is there caffiene in any other flavors??

Strangest thing...I've seen to have lost my appetite for diet coke...but I'm really enjoying CL and my coffee for my caffiene fixes.

How do the shorts look/fit now? I think you are too hard on yourself. I bet if you see other women who have the same body shape you do not think of them as overweight!

Scales are forbidden in the afternoons and evenings! Im sure you'll get some good new tomorrow!

Peach Mango Green Tea and Citrus Splash have caffiene. ( I actually dont prefer the Crystal Light Strawberry - I like Walmarts! There was also a blueberry tea that I havent seen in a year. That one was kinda off to me too. Im thinking I dont like the taste of caffeine.

If it has a taste?? BUT the peach Mango is AWESOME!!

So I have the killer headache from hell. Remind me why I should stick with QWL for good the next time I feel like jumping ship. I drank 3 CL's and a bottle of plain h20. Trying to flush out the evil toxins....also had a 5ox pack of tuna, and will hopefully be having some poultry tonight. poultry is such a weird word - dont like it.

Crystal Light Alert: Be careful when choosing, a lot of the new ones have carbs!!! Like 3 per serving! and if you drink anything like me that can add up!!!! I havent tried any of them.
