I can usually go that way for about 1-2 weeks before I completely gorge myself on something, making me feel so awful and stretching my stomach and craving more. lolol. a mess!

I have done this too, but with any drinks. 2 days, before the start of any diet. I havent done it since before Stillmans. I have tried to skip breakfast and lunch, but dinner is always twice as much. I'm not promoting it, but sometimes its easier for me not to eat than to just eat a little.

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new here at LCF (just a couple months). I was on LC for that time and I lost 12 lbs. Now I've stalled and I need to change things up to surprise my body again. I've read all about Stillman's and I've decided to do the QWL and alternate weeks with the Slim down diet. I think that will work for me.

I do have a question though. Can I still use Flax Seeds? They help give me the full feeling. I'd hate to have to give it up, but I will if I need to.

You all sound so nice and supportive. Can't wait to "gab" to you alll!

Hi Tammy! Welcome to the group!! I dont know much about flax seed but I can honestly say that eating meat, QWL style, will keep you full, eliminate the cravings, and help you drop weight quick! Try it out and if the results aren't what you were hoping, you could always drop it.

So glad that you joined us and I look forward to following your journey!

Thanks! I won't add it in then. I don't want to eat something that's not on the list. I'm going to start tomorrow so it wil start a full week (sun-sat). I'm really excited to start. I just eat til I'm not hungry, right? There's no set ounces of meat to have? I just wanna make sure I do this right. I need to lose 15-20 pounds more.

Tammy! Welcome. . and yes.. the beauty is you can eat until you are satisfied.. especially in the beginning and still lose, lose lose! Just keep it low fat. . carb free and you will be a big loser in no time!

Hello IM2fat! I'm starting tomorrow and so ready for this! I did a meat and egg fast for a little while so I can eat just meat with no problem. I just have to get use to NO mayo! I am soooo going to miss it!

I've been seasoning my meat with Vinegar. . . MMMmmm. .

And, or course, mustard.. .you won't miss mayo after awhile..

I can't stand mustard! YUK! And vinegar? Really? White vinegar or apple cidar vinegar? I never thought of vinegar on meat. I can't eat tuna without mayo too. Geeze! Guess I'll be eating a whole lotta chicken, turkey and burgers. That's ok. I'll do just fine.

Peeps! My hubby is finally getting around to cleaning the garage. .
and found an old CD with pictures on it. . It was at my son's birthday party last June! I now realize what snapped me into going LC! OMG. . I look preggers. . if I can figure out how to crop that picture. .I will post it (maybe. .). . Sincerely, I remember thinking I looked good in the outfit I had on.. Plus I had been following the WW plan for 6 months! It is amazing how we can convince ourselves to not see ourselves! he also found some very early pictures (back when I only had 2 kids). . and I look much better and I remember thinking I was fat then. .Duh!!

Tammy: I experiment with the vinegar but lately I've been using it to dip my grilled chicken in. . I love it. . I use whatever I have in the fridge. .and they also sell some neat flavored at the store. .just be careful cuz some have a higher carb count. ..

O. you pour girl. not liking mustard. .that's been a staple for me. I used to eat my tuna plain cuz I just couldn't bring myself to try it with mustard.. when I did. . MMmm. .it really is good. .

You could also try hot sauce. I know a lot of the gals use it. . Lemon/Pepper seasoning. .Check out the carb count on some of the salad dressings.. I've found cerain brands of Zesty Italian that have next to nothing and I use it for marinade.. .

In a pinch, they also make LC Low Sugar Ketchup. . I've made a BBQ sauce out of that.. soy sauce (although high in salt) also adds a nice kick..

I know what you mean! I have old pics of me on my cell to look at when I wanna eat something not so good! I was really huge! I started losing weight Oct '07 at 235ish pounds. Now I'm at 183ish (bouncing around alot).

I have pics when I had one child where I weighed 130 lbs and I too thought I was fat! I was messed up in my thinking! I tell my dd all the time not to ever think shes fat bc she isn't. I see so much of me in her (her thinking about her body). She really picked up on my bad thinking and so I try to teach her how to lose 5 pounds sensibly when she wants alittle off now and then. What did I do!?!?!?!?

I'm on fb! I don't say anything about my dieting on there. I hardly go on there anymore bc I'm so into this! LOL I can imagiine what my friends would say if I started posting about dieting! They'd definitely say I was obsessed with this and to calm myself down. hahaha

Oh yeah and I wanna be the skinny girl who like has a huge ice-cream at the Ice-cafe or you see eating a kebab and still wears a size 2 and looks fantastic(I don't even like kebabs-not sweet enough-but that's not the point!!) You know her she's everywhere!!!! I wonder what her secret is!!! I'm prob guessing she never had food issues!!!
