Desperate to lose weight

I would like to lose about 20 kilos. Has anyone had success in losing a lot of weight. How long can I stay on his rigid way of eating (the quick loss plan). Does it matter how much protein or cottage cheese I eat a day? thanks

Good morning, Sandiko! Why don't you jump on the June board for Stillmans and I am sure you will get all the answers to your questions and more! If you are doing , QWL . there is a limit on how much cottage cheese you may eat in one day.. Protein (as long as it's lean. . most of us stick with fish or chicken) is OK in whatever quantity you desire. The important thing is to be aware of your hunger and what your body is telling you it needs. Water is essential on this diet as it will help keep things moving. Go ahead and check out the other board.. there are a ton of losers who can help you with your weight loss journey! Good luck to you!
