Stillmans bizarre diets?

Had anyone tried any of the bizarre diets listed in stillmans book? Thinking if trying the yogurt 3 times per day but curious of the results??

All of us on the June board are doing meat, meat and more meat. . One member is doing the Inches off Diet but I haven't heard of anyone doing the yogurt one. . If you do try it. .let us know how it goes.. we are always talking about experimenting with it but I don't think any of us are ready to take the leap! Good Luck!

Thanks, I'm a little scared to switch too, I worry about the sugar in yogurt vs how I'm eating now (mostly grilled chicken and eggs), I just dont want my weight loss to stall.

And there actually is a cottage cheese diet, he lists so many "bizarre diets" (as he calls them) but I just am hesitant to switch.

I found this vintage book at a local thrift store and it's my first time reading this forum. Interesting approaches for sure!
