QWL Diet Cookbook....desserts??

I currently have the cottage cheese pudding baking in the oven right now... are their any other desserts in that cookbook anyone would be willing to post?

I have the cookbook and if you can hold out until Wednesday, I can take it to work and scan the recipe section to PDF for you.

oh by the way... the "pudding" recipe was like egg casserole with splenda.... ICK ! I might try it again and puree the cottage cheese and use only 1 egg this time.
