hot dog and pork roll question

Can we have hot dogs on Stillmans? I have read some people eating 100% beef franks. Is this okay? What about pork roll? Would love to have either with some spicy mustard as a snack or lunch.

Hi Scooter. . The Doc said you can have pure Beef Hot Dogs. . I know most of us doing Stillman's avoids them due to the Sodium content. . if this is not a concern, you are allowed to have them. I am not sure about the pork roll. .Sorry. . Feel free to join our monthly thread and pose any question you like. There are a ton of losers who can help you. . Look for the Losers in JUne Thread!
