Oh, yeah, and sending those 14's back to mom! She scored two pairs of shoes for me instead! Every time you see Macy's stock go up mom has been shopping!

And the best one? Eating meat again. Realizing that two Ford models writing a book on being skinny is no substitute for a doctor who studied obesity and endocrinology. A toast, to the great doctor.........CHEERS
OMG.. CC. .those are so worth repeating. . Thank you soooo much for sharing. .I absolutely love it and will remember these when I think about eating that carb that just doesn't belong in my body. .Did I ever thank you for joining us!! We U

dont' know if there is any theory . but I limit myself to no more than 2 a day. . (Only boiled). if I eat them any other way. . I always do 1 egg. and the rest yolks. . I am still living my weight watcher days. .a girl can't help it after 20 years. .

small? Seriously? that's all you ate today. . OMG . . I couldn't live on that . .today I ate:

1 boiled egg
1 can tuna with mustard
another boiled egg
1 1/2 chicken breasts
1 more egg . .(I usually limit to 2 a day. . mostly just 1) but I was starving this morning
1 bite of meat by product . I have no idea what it was. .(In fridge) . .I'm thinking pork .it was good so kids had most of it gone.

I walked the mall. .inside first X3 and outside second. . It is a mile around outside .

I;m praying for another pound in the morning. .wondering if I should weigh or not .

The thing I like best about weight-loss---yeah yeah being healthy, not eating rubbish--all the noble reasons!!! NOPE!!! Being able to buy clothes anywhere!!! Even "skinny"shops--places where I wouldn't have dared go into for years!! Not being embarrassed and thinking people are wondering what is she doing in here-nothing will fit!!! I like too that I just take up less space everywhere!!!
Christine-was it you who said you used to bump into things with your backside--yup me too!!!!!!

Ok folks, just coming in to post my positive things then onto July!

I am more confident. I feel sexy again. (Very important for my BF who suffered rather too much when I was fatter)
I can buy normal clothes again. Not plus size.
I have a body shape. No longer just a lump.

Oh, Lisa!! I'm so sorry and sad for you and your daughter, and I know what early miscarriages are like, I have had too many of them myself. I'm praying for comfort and healing.

Looks like you have lost some weight since you last posted, or am I mistaken? You are doing well! I definitely eat when I'm stressed, usually. Trying to stop that cycle. It doesn't make me happy, it made me fat.

ROFL........GT, Kam, I am soooooooooo there......nothing noble here about my crusade...I liked and am soon becoming again...

Getting honked at by teenage boys when I am old enough to be their...umm...aunt

Getting visual darts thrown at me in TJMaxx by other shoppers while I flip through the juniors' clearance racks
(yes I am that baaaad)

Having the balls to wear juniors' clothes in the first place

feeling like a diva instead of dumpy.........

Hi LCF's! My computer is not happy today so I will try and read all the new posts after DH does his computer "guru" thing.

The Whoosh Fairy took another pound last night (since today is my birthday I will take that as her gift )

Have a great day - I will try and post later - hopefully my computer will be back up and running soon!
