Wow! It's really working!
Good morning to all!
I am thrilled. I have never followed a strict Stillmans until now. And I am astonished that it is working so well for me. With the weekend starting tomorrow, I need to find things to do........weekends are always a challenge for me when on a strict plan. Didn't get all my water in yesterday. Today will be better,Stats: June 1st was 244.5 lbs. (5' 7 1/2") June 2nd was 241.25 lbs. June 3rd was 239.75 lbs This morning I am 239.0 lbs. ![]() Water, water, water today! Eggs and chicken breast, small piece of lean steak. Black tea and coffee. Artificial sweetner, no milk or cream. Hope everyone has a great day! |

191.3 today! YAY!!
![]() 6 pounds of the vacation weight gone! Tuna for breakfast, tuna for lunch, tuna for snacks and tuna for supper.... followed by a ton of water! But it's working ![]() 4 more lbs to MEAT Junes Goal! Then I will give myself another 10 pound goal.. is that realistic? 20 pounds in a month if I continue to eat clean?? ![]() I lost 23 lbs in just over a month last time and I didn't do very well on the weekends.. so maybe it is realistic.. what do u think guys??? ![]() Tummy Tuck here I come! ![]()

Bigbass- I wouldn't worry that much about eating the polish dogs or what ever they are. Just make sure to drink lots of water the next day. Your making the best choice u can with what u have available.. or u could pack a few tuna pkts!

Yesterday was rough. No weight gain, but no weight loss either. I felt kinda starved yesterday even though I wasn't eating differently than any other day. I had bought some chicken and I know its gross, but I ate some of the skin. Felt instantly better, then later on that night just felt nauseous in general. Blech. Didn't drink nearly enough water either. Oh well. Back in the saddle again.

Good morning! It is a sunny morning here, but will soon turn to thunderstorms. Hopefully that will cool things off. And maybe some cooler temps will motivate me to do some housework! Not likely though.
My not so on plan lunch is showing up this morning. I am very bloated. I didn't weigh 'cause I'm just not into pain that much! But today will be clean eating. I'm ready! I wanted to share with you my experience with the "exercise shoes". Sometime back, Al and Dustin each got a pair. Dustin left the board (I miss him and regret my lurking and not talking!) and Al gave hers to her mother because of fit issues. Anyway, I bought a pair of the K-Mart knock offs and started wearing them almost all the time. I can wear them to work most of the time, and wore them at home all of the time. When the weather warmed up I bought two pair of the sandals (also K-Mart) which I wear almost constantly. And I'm here to tell you that they work! I have a huge tummy. My pant size was 22W. Now it is 18W and sometimes a straight 18. And that is withoug losing any weight! When I first started wearing the shoes they were so comfortable that I figured inches lost would be a plus, but because of the comfort, the shoes were a keeper. It sure is nice to know I'm "exercising" just by wearing them! Hmmmmm, speaking of exercising, I really should do some. Maybe tomorrow......... |
