Hi peeps!!! I was good last night--1 Malibu and Diet Coke and lots of fizzy water! The sun is out--yay!!!-better stay good cos we're going to a BBQ later on. So I've decided today will be a QWL day--meat, meat and meat!!! Hope everyone has a great Sunday!!

My quick story..started QWL without exercise last July at 189, got to 125-120 by Dec/Jan, and with the addition of alcohol or animal fat, I kept it going until April when I reached 113. Since then, Ive been off and on and keep putting on a few pounds. The good news is Im getting them off because we know the secret!!!!!

I am up waaaayy to early on my day off!!! Ketosis breath kicked me right out of bed!!!! I had to get up to brush my teeth and mouthwash. I couldnt even stand myself!!

I guess if you are not hungry and feeling OK, the calories are fine. Its so hard to say. Im not sure if the low calories set us up for low calories later...thats what I worry about for some of you.

Do you guys know all the calories to add up in your head or are you ripping out a book or online search everytime you eat? I hate numbers so I just cant go there! and measuring?!?! cant do it... thats what I love about meat!! or should I say, one more thing I love about meat!

HAVE FUN!!!! Im headed to the beach and sprinkler park later for a birthday party with the kids. Should be fun! Gonna wear my bikini under my sundress or shorts to give that illusion of going for a swim. hehehe and I will not prance around the sprinklers no matter how hot it is!

So yesterday I ate 5 oz tuna, 2 cups of ground turkey, and 7-8 chicken tenderloins. I really want to get to the store and pick up those mouth watering t-bones....are they fatty, sharon, or just around the edges?

Morning all! Although tecnically it's afternoon here already. I really enjoyed my lie-in this morning. I'm ready for an on plan day and also my last session of week 1 C25K. Scale stayed the same today. My weight loss has slowed up this last week... a lot. Must be because of the exercise. I definitely look and feel much better though, so I'm not going to let the scale bother me too much. I'm going to stop weighing myself everyday.

Mim, Well done on getting through the wedding in the heat and staying on plan!

Small, I'm really hoping for some good news on the job. Being unemployed can be really depressing, I know.

GT, you are doing so great!!! And I bet you're having a really amazing time.

Al, The ketosis breath gets me everyday too. And stinky pee. Ewwwww. Sometimes I wake up and it feels like a dying gangrene infected animal crawled into my mouth to die. Yuck! . As for calories and hunger... I do get hungry. I think I should eat more. From tomorrow, I'll try and eat a little more, more like 700 cals, rather than 500 and see if that works still. You eat loads! And you still lose, so I've got to get over my fear. I eat all the same foods, so it's really easy for me to add everything up. I write everything I eat down in my agenda. Some things I have to look up on the internet or on the packaging, but once I know it and have it written down, it's pretty simple. It appeals to my control freak nature. As for measuring, no way. I look at the packet weight, and depending on the size, I take half or quarter for one meal and estimate. I tend to over estimate to be on the safe side. To start measuring would be a whole new level of obsession which I wouldn't be too comfortable with.

Mikkie, WTG on the 45lbs since March!!! That's amazing loss! So glad you could join us and share your story.

IM2, check in and tell us all the juicy gossip!

GT - you sound so happy! It is really great to hear you enjoying how you look in your salsa Jeans. Maybe that is a key to some of our body image problems. We should spend a bit of time trying on clothes and buying things that actually fit and flatter. Of course, Omar the Tent maker still is in charge of my wardrobe!

I am going to breeze through this day! I'm grilling ribs today and will make mine with a dry rub that I put together, so I know there is no sugar. I was going to wait until Tuesday to go low fat, but I have done so well this time that I may go low fat tomorrow. We are doing Stillman proud!

Congratulations completing your first week of C25K. so glad you didnt wait for me!!:blush:

You must eat eat eat when you are hungry. Do we really have to count? Stillman said we dont. I have to say Im not normally hungry through the day, I eat my tuna just because, and then I load up at night. I know its against the eat 6 times a day, but Im just not satisfied until I feel full and it works for me.

We should really have tons of meats cooked up and ready to go in the fridge and just grab something whenever the mood strikes! The diet is already making us crazy, lets give ourselves a break and try to lay off the calorie crunching. It can be as bad as the scale. we deserve to just eat, sit back, and watch the weight fall off.

I have always worn my clothes too big thinking I was fooling everyone into not seeing my extra weight...I still dont know how to shop right but Im finding that I do look bigger in bigger clothes.

Just around the edges....and after grilling the fat is kind of crispy....and yes, I did eat the fat...YUM!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the thread but been doing Stillman for awhile...hope you don't mind me joining in here. I need to keep myself accountable and post my daily menu and water intake.
I've lost a lot but seem to be stuck mentally. I would like to loose another 40lbs

Scale didn't move today. I am still a little bloated from the T-Bones a couple days ago (I guess I am like a snake that moves slow after eating!)

Note to self: Drink more water! Don't forget your vitamins!!

Hey Peeps! Weight is 170.4 today. I had a huge chef salad kind of late last night. It was delicious... Ranch dressing. I am frying up some bacon and eggs now. I haven't had bacon in over a month. Gonna eat up, shower up and off to NYC until tomorrow night! Sooo excited. <3 NYC

GT, I'm still so excited for you, fitting in those skinny jeans! What an accomplishment!!! You've come so far! Seriously,
