Home alone for the next 2 days! Cleaning the kitchen and watching a chick-flick - I also have a couple of books I keep meaning to start.....ahhhh

It will be grilled chicken tonight (those T-Bones are still weighing heavy in the body!)

I had a tuna pouch for lunch. I keep forgetting my water today - I guess I just need to sit down and DRINK!

To defrag your computer

Open My Computer.
Right-click the C drive, and then click Properties.
On the Tools tab, click Defragment Now.

I had tuna too!

t-bones are on sale for $6.99/lb!!!! I was formulating my ultimate peapod grocery shopping experience list! and then, as usual, I emptied my cart.

I dont like ordering meat online. I NEED to see it in person and buy the biggest one!!

Thank you aleriaaa! I've been on Stillman's since March 2010 and I've lost 45 pounds on it. It took me so long to lose the first half of my weight, but on Stillman's, it's coming off fast. I swear with this diet I need to keep getting new clothes. Not complaining though.

Congrats on your awesome weight loss too! Did you lose all that weight on Stillman's?

Hi peeps! just saying hello! We're on our way out! I will be good tonight tho! Drank a little bit too much last nite--but I danced all those cals away!!! Was shakin my booty all night----in my new and first ever skinny jeans!!!! Oh peeps they are so unbelievably tight!!! But I got the ones with the "bum lift"-they're called salsa Jeans-and they really do give a lift!! It's so weird, but it looks all round and pert!! And my legs look longer than in all my baggy pairs!!
I have been good (enough) on the diet front-there has been no huge cheats but a lot of BLTs so I really have to stop that.

Hi peeps! I arrived safely in Madrid. So happy to be here, even if it is raining! I stayed on plan, and didn't end up having a drink. I'm going to read and respond now.

Do you girls think you are eating enough?
I don't think I eat enough. My calories are between 300 and 700 (usually around 500). I think I'm still stuck in the calorie counting mentality and I'm too scared to eat more.

Relax! you're on holiday, and you have iron strength willpower, and will have no problem jumping back onto Stillman's. Those trousers sound amazing, I'm gonna get me some when I'm a skinny minny, me thinks! Move went well, thanks. I had no idea I had accumulated so much crap and such heavy stuff. Incidently, the one thing in my suitcases I was most worried about was my scale breaking.

GWN, keeping plugging away, since you've had the jiggly belly for a couple of weeks, it's not going to go away overnight. And don't jump into any cleanses until you're sure you really need it. Thanks for the drink idea. I like the sound of that. I was considering red wine, but the carbs are pretty high. I think I'd be smashed after a glass of anything though...

Ok, I just thought I'd mention that when finishing up my job I was given a load of chocolate and wine by students, and I've brought it all here for my BF. A couple of months ago I would have scarfed it all down in one night, alone (ok, not the wine, but defo the chocs).

I'm off to bed now, as it's very late and it's been a long day. "See" you tomorrow!

The wedding was beautiful but hot. The reception doors didn't open when everyone thought they would, so I was outside in the high heat - not a good thing. It was very crowded inside, once we were allowed in and it looked like things were running late. So I got a diet coke and drove the two hours home, made something to eat and now I'm going to bed! Day two of being on plan!

I would STILL be in danger of scarfing down the chocolate! Kudos to you, and good luck in your new home, new job!

Lisa!!! Grandbabies are the BEST! Congratulations!
<-------- See my first grandbaby? She's wonderful!

Denise, congrats on your loss!

Thank you all for the kind words on my job interview. I have a good feeling about this, something I haven't had in quite some time. Aug 3 was my last day of full-time work, so it's a long time on unemployment. I did get some of the gardens whipped into shape, though. And did a lot of volunteer work. I'll kind of miss that. If I get the job, that is.
