I'm taking a break from the packing and munching on my fish soup. It tastes good! I'm going to catch up on the posts while I eat. Btw, I was down 0.8 lb today. So down to 203.8. The weight loss has slowed up. But I should be thankful that it's going down.

Yesterday I had a 5 oz pouch of tuna, 4 thin turkey breast strips , and about 3.5 cups of ground turkey...(I used salt & pepper only) With all that meat, (and no potty breaks or exercise) I shouldve gained but I lost.
Do you girls think you are eating enough? |

The scale is the same today - but I know it is because of the 2 T-Bones I ate last night (the last one was just before I went to bed.....it was calling my name
)Another Curves workout for me today and some yardwork as well - hopefully that will help get everything moving (scale, intestines, joints, etc) Have a great day everyone! |

Congrats to everyone on the losses. Keep up the hard work!!! Though I'm sad that there are many stalls and frustrations that come with that. All I can say is that I really admire your perserverance, and I really hope I can live up to your model when I get into one.
Swebb, It's great that the CO is having a positive effect! Thanks for the pepperoni idea, looks delicious. GT, how was the club? Were you shaking your booty? Excellent news about the 226!!!!!! ![]() ![]() Make the most of your free time and your fiance!!! Don't worry about the lack of bike. I'm sure you can think of another form of exercise to burn off some calories ![]() Christine, I really hope you get that job. SOunds like you've been having a really tough time lately and I'm sure things will turn around for you soon. Bad luck always comes in groups (apparently threes, but it can definitely be more!), and then suddenly things all get better at once. You've done so well to keep focused on your health and wellbeing. Keep it up! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. ![]() Lisa, don't worry about your slip up, the good thing is your already back on track! Well done! GWN, I'm sorry that about your poochy tummy (I really love the word poochy, though not what it means!) I think you're doing the right thing upping the fats, maybe that's exactly what your body needs. Stick at it for a while and update on the results. Thank you for the well wishes, I will tell you all about the move! Becky, I agree with what Al said. If you really want to see great results, you have to be more strict. And be weary of any sauces or dressings as they are loaded with sugar. Good luck and keep us posted! Mim, WTG on your first day and loss! I bet you feel great. Events can be really difficult but you've planned well. I'm sure you feel great. It's always such an accomplishment to get through the first few days. Al, I'm so glad you're back posting! I missed you. As always, you're giving great advice and lots of encouragement. I make the fish soup by boiling up some fish fillets in chicken broth and some herbs. It tastes really good! And is really filling. What are you eating today? I hope you are following your own advice! IM2, thinking of you at your family get together. I bet you look fantastic. Don't get too stressed, and stay positive, even if they start to get to you. I know from my own family that being with them is far more difficult than being far away. No wonder I live in a different country! Right, sorry if I missed anyone, but I must get back to packing. Kam - IF I have a drink (which is very rare) I will have a glass of red wine or maybe something like rum and diet coke.

Hey everyone! No loss today, up .2 in fact. But that's okay, I had wings yesterday. Belly fat is still the same, it's really crazy, I've always gotten bloated bellies like this, usually after eating a carby meal, sometimes during TOM, but never one like this for 2 weeks... It is *really* jiggly! I can feel it jiggle when I ride my bike.
I read about Vinegar and Wine being big triggers for Candida and I'm wondering now if that's what is going on... Could also explain the rash I had on my face, which after 3 days is now gone thank heavens! So I'm gonna lay low on the vinegar (i.e. hot sauce) Hot sauce has been my savior on this diet ha. Oh, I had some apple cider vinegar in my water yesterday (the OK vinegar). We'll see if it does anything, first time trying it. But thanks for the pep talk everyone and you're right al, def should up my calories for a bit... I see red meat in my future! Swebb, can you give me some info on the candida cleanse you are doing??? ![]() Hi denise! We really miss you around here... Congrats on the loss hon! ![]() Congrats to you too kam, good luck with the move today! I do vodka/water with extra lemon... Sometimes soda water but I am not a fan of carbonation, so usually just water. Smalls, good luck getting that job!! ![]()

CANDIDA FREEDOM® Take BOTH the Candida Freedom AND the Candida Digest for at least 30 days. I am going to take it for 60 days just to make sure (this was recommended for ME - you may be different). 1 capsule of each daily for the first week, then increase to 2 capsules daily. Taking only 1 capsule the first week will help limit the extreme die-off and the subsequent side effects. |

It's definitely not that kind of jiggle, al. I know that jiggle well.
My belly is definitely distended. It really looks obvious, I even took photos of it this morning, with my phone! ha, wanted to really see that profile! Well, it might not be obvious to everyone, but it's obvious to me... It's bloated enough that it warrants going up a pant size. I don't get it. ![]() |

But I should add, I'm not going to jump on a candida cleanse just yet, want to do my research and see if anything changes after doing an Atkins weekend.... Then I'll consider it next week, if the belly persists.... There's absolutely no pain or discomfort, it's just there... large and in charge, leading the way!

I miss all you guys too! Thanks everyone for missing me as well. My old comp has been acting like it's about to Kick the bucket. I had to reinstall windows and now it's still being slow!
![]() Swebb, Thanks for making me smile about Glenn. I really do miss him but he is no longer in pain. Depression is something I am more aware about because now I know how bad it is. I tried on a short Summer dress that I had gotten when I was like 20lbs. thinner. I liked the way I looked in it (It was yellow) but I still have flabby hocks... Gotta get intact more with my SW. Still haven't packed and still gotta run out to the store to get my Summer dresses incase we head to the beaches in Salem! I will take pics and send. And I Will be back soon, I promise! Love you all mucho! We all ROCK!! ![]() |
