I was at 145 years and years ago and I though I looked horribly thin. I am a bigger build and about 155/160 looks great on me. As I get closer to my goal I will change my final goal as needed.

I think the only reason I want to lower my goal is because it's so fashionable to be rake thin... which is not a good reason. My boyfriend would be mortified. He likes boobies. But then again, the only men who I've met who are atrracted to really skinny women are closet gays. I'll stop losing when I'm happy with my body naked. Wait a second...or is that the holy grail of weight

I love my mother in law, we get along great considering how different we are. I have happy bunny magnets on my fridge that say some pretty crude things and she just sorta raised and eyebrow at me.

Oh I have jiggly thighs believe me. It's the length I liked about them and that they were black. But they are by far the shortest thing I own. I don't wear anything above the knee.And I have the white Irish skin which does not help.

OK GT... here's the low down... I am going to be brutally honest. I hope you can take it..

You look amazing!!! WOW!! (but I knew you would) thin, long, legs. (and her thighs dont touch peeps!) the shorts and her legs look great! (she has a long torso too peeps. looking all hot and skinny in her t-shirt)

I wish it was a full profile because you have absoultely NOTHING to worry about, GT! Your bubble top is cute in the last pic too. Wish I could have seen the whole thing!

My only complaint is that the shorts are too long. heehee Keep those and go back for some short shorts. For real, girl. All your exercise and diet has paid off.

I know it was hard to post them, but you have really motivated me once again. I need exercise and you proved it. thank you so so much for sharing.

I get effervescent multi-vit and magnesium. The multi-vit is like orange juice, and the magnesium is like lemonade. But they have 1.3 carbs together... but I do count it in my daily carbs.

Thanks Al! Well they're not long or thin! I do have a long torso---that's why I'm 5'6.5!! With those legs I should be shorter!! And I'm def not skinny!I hope the shorts will be ok-I'm still looking at them, wondering! Ok I'll shut up about my legs now!!
Yeah I like that top too--it has light pink on the top of it!! I might post a profile pick sometime---I'm slowly but surely getting braver!! Maybe on hols!! (vacation)

You have to stop putting yourself down. You may have lost all that weight, but I have a feeling that when you look in the mirror you still see a 250lb girl. You are most definitely skinny. I know you recognise how far you've come, as it's hard not to with such a massive loss, but you need to work on feeling good at where you are. How much do you jiggle now in comparison to even 20 lbs heavier, what about 40, 60, 80, 100...? (No criticism, you're still my idol! )

Yeah I know I'm not fat-my BMI, weight and clothes size tells me that!! But yeah still in my head I still think i am. I wouldn't say I still feel 250lbs-prob about 170 or something. I just feel like I'm gonna get "found out" or something. That I don't really weigh this or wear the size. I think it's more about the size. I wear an 8 and I just feel I shouldn't-that someone's gonna scream you couldn't possibly wear that! At home I bring a 10 and a 12 to the changing room and then go back and get the 8. I know it's stupid but I just don't feel thin or anything like that. I barely feel slim--just maybe normal. I can't believe my BMI is actually that low.
And it's the thing about always wanting more-to be better, isn't it. Like I thought I'd be happy at 11 stone then 9.5 but nope. It's also not just that. I do have more "fat" to lose.
The really strange thing is I felt thinner last Summer when I weighed about 160-165!! Dunno!!!!

It's not stupid at all. I think because you lost so quickly and you haven't been staying at any particular weight as you've been losing all this time, your mind hasn't adjusted to the physical change. That shows with the clothing sizes that you automatically reach for. The time will come when you will feel skinny, but your brain is playing catch up at the moment. That's my theory anyhow. But I think you should know that if you never lost another pound again, you'd still be considered skinny and you look really good, and you are HEALTHY! Lots and lots of for you.

Tomorrow will mark one week completed on Stillman's.

Back in November or so, I got down to 187 doing just basic LC. I entertained the thought of doing Stillman's...but couldn't really see myself going there because I was spending so much time making recipes I was reading on LCF...you know the ones with lots of cheese, cream cheese, sour cream...I was enjoying those but my losing stopped...and I thought, "What's the use?!?!"

Now I realize my calories were probably waaaaay to high. But even then I just couldn't see myself doing Stillman's. Then I got pretty desperate...the scale creeped over 200 and hit 209...

I love Stillman's...but I know my history...I know what I'm capable of...Right now my resolve is so strong...I just hope it stays there!

Today I had
leftover crockpot tenderloin,
lemonpepper tuna pkg.,
LF cottage cheese & SF jello,
coffee, crystal lite...and lots and lots of water.

I love not being overrun with the desire to eat a bunch of starches...I'm able to say to myself, "If I'm feeling real hunger, protein will fix that...otherwise I don't need to ear."

I just don't have that kind of resolve if I'm eating all those carbs.

Makes me think of that old gospel song, "One day at a time...Sweet Jesus..." Because I've failed so many times before...but hoping i can break some old bad habits this time...

I've gotten a kick out of reading the conversation here...you all crack me up!

Gals, I'm still on the losing train! Down another 1.2 lbs today to 207.2!

I put on my skinny jeans (UK size 14, which I think is US 12??? I'm not sure) and I can actually wear them comfortably with minimal muffin top when standing (when I'm sitting it's a whole other story ).

I'm hoping everyone gets a loss today, especially IM2 (seriously, that cleanse has gotta shift the scale!!!), GWN and Swebb!

Right, off to edit the commandments and take my yummy vits for brekkie.
