Al,this is the one for old grannies... No aggressive plans for me thank you very much, much more likely to give up! Plus I've always hated running, so I really need to ease myself into it.

Yeh, all of them seem to promote only 3 days a week. The one I linked you only have to run one minute alternated with 1.5 mins walking. I honestly don't think I can run longer than 1 minute. A couple of weeks back when I had to run to a bus (which I missed anyway) I thought I was going to actually die. I could taste blood and my throat got all flemmy. Ew. Sorry, tmi. But it was horrible. And that was only a 5 minute jog since I couldn't manage a run. I thought my boobs were going to jump out and beat everyone out of the way. Oh, it was embarassing.

ohhhh poor you! I mustve read it wrong...thought it was jogging every day..

Done eating for today. Cals were lower, but no walk to work so have been sat on my fat botty all day, apart from the supermarket visit which really doesn't count.

I ate 3 boiled eggs, 1 chicken breast, chicken broth. Probably about 6 litres water. And will have drunk 5 cups of fruit tea by the time I go to bed. Cals were only 556. Carbs under 10 as always. Ohh, I'm kinda excited about weighing tomorrow. It will be an all time low now that I've lost binge weight! Fingers crossed...

Just for the record. I really hate working on a nice Saturday while the rest of my family is enjoying the sun. The little ones are in the pool.. .the big one is at a graduation party. the other big one is on his way up north with his friend and hubby is still yelling at everyone. Where is that dang Calgon when I need it?

O My. . My pool is one of those inflatable topper kinds. .They are really cool. .and easy to set up. . it has a filter and a ladder and what the cool thing is. . you can take it down in the winter. . big enough for all of us to get in it if we wanted, too. .. my convertible is old and my waterbed is from the 80's. . Actually I found a really neat one when we were re-doing the house. its looks very old (antiquey like) but it isn't. ) Oak . .matches all my old dressers. . .I tried a regular bed but that idea went out the window. I love how warm it is in the winter and cool in the summer!!!

you know, if I had a waterbed, I would want it to constantly be in a wave motion. I think that could put me right to sleep! wave maker waterbeds...I think we could sell it..... which makes me think of hammocks... its no fun if its not swinging...electric hammock needed...baby swings have cranks or batteries, why not my hammock!

I so agree with you!! We tried the unwaveless water bed matress for awhile.. What was the point? I promptly got a new one. . hehehe .
