Well, it makes you go to the bathroom.... so it is not soothing or relaxing lol the first day I drink a cup before bed and could not leave the house until 12pm.
The cramps are kind bad.
It is good for a clean up, also I got the extra strength, next time I will try the one less powerful.

I just read this morning that Vitamin D can prevent joint soreness and gout-like symptoms that some low carb dieters can be affected with. . I don't know if anyone else is having any issues. . but I have noticed that my knees ache periodically. .I thought it was due to my "Therashoes" or due to the increased walking I've done. .but I would think that walking would strengthen them. . MMmmmm. .Just another reason to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!

Yes it is sugar free with a high caffeine content. I like one occasionally, I don't drink coffee that often. So far it has not caused me a problem.

I dont mean to be away for so long!!! Ive been doing a lot of running around and visiting and work has actually kept me busy - (which is unusual and is ticking me off- haha) I have all these new responsibilities, without pay, but its all good- job security!!

took the kids to the beach yesterday...got some sun, built some castles, chased my three year old up and down the slides and monkey bars. yup peeps..thats my exercise and it counts no matter what you say!!! hahaha

I did take my vitamins yesterday! thanks! and will do the same at lunch today!! I swear they still make me sick with food. they give me those nasty burps after and make my pee glow in the dark!! that part is kinds cool... and then, i think they make me more hungry and make me crave more bad things.. I think they are evil, actually... Im gonna give it a fair shot and if I dont see any results in a month, Im not gonna bother with em..

I will consider the cleanse once someone else does it and posts pics of their own wiggle worms.. after all, we'll probably drop a few pounds!

thinking more about it..I have never had a colonoscopy so Ive never been flushed out. How is this different? Why dont the worms show up then? Or does no one ever talk about it because its gross or could be embarrassing.. Also, I dont know if I could fish around the toilet to find them? Do they float? Im sorry for all the questions but this is really amazing if its real.

Pension is pretty much the same as a hostel, but I've never stayed in one. I think it's for older people and has individual rooms. A bit like a bed and breakfast I suppose. The place I stayed in didn't include breakfast. I'll dig up the details for you. I booked a week in advance over the xmas period, so it was a little more expensive as I was staying there on a holiday, but it was good value other wise. You could make tea and use a stove there, not sure there was an oven though.

I like it but mostly for the grape flavor The cherry limeade is really good too. Last time I went they had two new kinds, lime margarita and a Cranberry cosmo flavor. I did not get these because they had 1 carb per serving and I figured it would add too fast for my stillman diet.

I love crystal light, it is one thing that makes this diet tolerable. The first time I did it I just drank tons of plain water.

Hey CC- can I jump in on the curry? what I do is very simple and tasty. Just cook up diced chicken or ground turkey, add a bunch of curry powder and a little chicken broth... not authentic but a big WOW to your taste buds. I usually add cayenne pepper too, cause I like it hot!!!

That sounds really yummy. I am going to have to go to the store and get me some curry. Ever try to add a bit of cumin in also? My step dad is indian and he often used the two together.

Apparently taller people need to eat more to sustain their energy, but with my metabolism I think not. I eat the same as 5 footers and should therefore lose more quickly, but it doesn't work like that. But I think I have a damaged metabolism.
