Oh, doughnuts are the WORST! They are sooooo yummy but have absolutely NO redeeming value in terms of nutrition! I will personally block any attempts by dougnuts to attack you tomorrow morning. Got to get you that tummy tuck!!!! (me too I wish...)

Hello everyone. Checking in for June. A friend came over yesterday and, well lets just say I really blew it. Jumped on the fit board this morning and my weight is exactly the same as it was yesterday so thankfully I did not gain anything which quite frankly I find amazing. I want to get at least two cheat free weeks in front of me, so that is where I am at the moment...I'm up for the 10lb challenge.

Today I had an omelet with spinach and mushrooms for lunch.

For those experienced how many do not eat any veggies during the first 2 weeks?

I don't know if I can go beyond 14 days, but I will at least commit to the two weeks.
Hi Molly! Welcome! Congrats on the loss so far. I don't eat veggies on Stillman's (QWL) but I reckon you can keep them for a while if you're still losing -and you will be by cutting out the fat!

I am crazy bloated though and I think TOM is right around the corner, so I would not be surprised if I am up like 10lbs tomorrow!! Eek. Kinda scared to get on the scale but meh... I'm just gonna keep on keeping on.

So... Setting some goals for this month and that is, I would like to weigh 162 by the end of June. so that's 15lbs, plus the weight I just gained, getting that off. Hoping I can reach this goal!

Be back in full force tomorrow, missed you all!!

Good morning to all.

It's working. I weighed in yesterday at 244. This morning I was 241 1/4. Wow! 3 1/4 pounds. Height 5' 7 1/2" (I'm 3 1/4 pounds closer to my goal.)

Today will be lotsa water. Black coffee/tea and lean meat/tuna.

I sure get a lot of motivation from this thread.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi GWN, sounds like you had a lovely decadent time at the shore. Lucky you!

Lisa, don't worry about the doughnuts. You'll lose that weight in no time. Do you lose better when only sticking to tuna? Or do you just do it for its easiness?

Makeme, I'm seriously envious of your metabolism. I gain if I even look at non-Stillman's food. You'll have to post a pic when you get your hair done! Did your friend notice any weight change?

GT, 1950s was much better. Waisted things, curvy women, and red lipstick to make your teeth look whiter!

Everyone else, glad to see some new "faces" in here. I know we'll all have a really successful month. I can feel it in my bones, even if those are buried really really deep under a load of fat.

Diet wise I'm doing great. I got the IUD / coil (not sure what you call it where!) put in this morning, and I feel horrible. I nearly vomited. Last time they put it in, I actually did vomit, so at least that's an improvement. Going to be taking lots of pain killers today. Do they have carbs?

O my, Nermo. . I was just thinking the same thing (about print shirts). . They must think chunky people are always happy and enjoy looking like clowns!! Sad.. . I actually bought 4 solid colored T's this weekend . I never realized how many prints I had until I tried to mix/match a few items. . That hideous rose blouse is history. . .

OK. .So I thought I could jump on really quickly and catch up. No such luck. .You guys are wonderful. . .so forgive me if I can't answer everything. and trust me . I have a lot to say. . but I do have to get some work done today. . Anyway, yesterday was extremely busy. .worked a full day at work and then had to be at the ball field at 5:00 to serve up hotdogs. . We served over 850 and guess who was in charge of that venture? You guessed it. . so needless to say. .I did end up eating a hotdog and later a braut. I was hungry as I hadn't eaten since lunch and that involved minimal amounts of tuna. So . I think I did OK. . but after the almond fiasco and the hotdogs. . it's no wonder my weight is the same ..I guess it is better than a gain. (I did log over 10,000 steps on my pedometer, though . . ) . I have to say. .that little device is a great motivator. .Makes me wanna log more and more steps in every day. The one I have keeps a few days in memory, too. .

Anywho, I just wanted to comment and say one more thing (ok a few more. . .I've never been one of the quiet ones.)

JUNE IS THE MONTH FOR LOSERS. We all need to get serious and we all need to quit with the little cheats. . We know what it does and we know that it causes more cheats. Do not lick, taste or bite anything that does not have four legs... drink water every single time you think about food (which, for me, never gets me out of the bathroom). . Walk 10 paces whenever you do go to the bathroom and hugs your loved ones. gotta love those endorphines. . WE ARE SERIOUS AND WE GONNA DROP IT LIKE IT'S HOT!! Lets show that fat who's boss! Who will be our first 10 pounds loser! Lets do it quickly so we can get on with our fabulous skinny selves. .
