Following Stillmans with a high-fat low carb diet?
Hi everyone, I'm 10 days away from a convention that I wanted to be 175 for and right now I've been hovering around 183-184 for a few days. I'm on a moderate fat very low carb diet (just my own thing, not too worried about following a set plan, but under 10 carbs a day). I've done Stillmans before on a plateau and I want to do QWL until the con starts. Do you think I will gain a lot if I follow QWL immediately with a high fat lc diet?
The foods I'll be eating for the 5 days of the con are 4 boiled eggs, Linda Sue's cheese chips as snacks, and a cup of Robin's Rotel for dinner which is pretty high fat. Any suggestions? TIA!
A few of the Stillman's losers cycle a strick Stillman's regiment followed by a higher fat refeed day. Some gain very temporarily but then lose faster when they go back to Stillmans. It is possible for you to lose the few pounds you need to by the convention. . just watch for any hidden carbs and stay strick to the plan and drink a ton of water.
