Am i doing this right!?
Wondering if anyone can tell me if turkey bacon is acceptable on dr.stillman diet?...I did this diet 2yrs.ago and it worked great BUT i didnt eat turkey bacon then...I dont wanna mess this up!

Hi IC: The trick with bacon is to watch the sodium levels. You will find yourself retaining water if you eat too much. I wouldn't make it part of your every day routine, but for something different, it would be a nice treat. AFter you are on it awhile, you will see what works for you. Please feel free to join the May thread and post any questions there. There is a nice group of gals that can give you some advice and share their experiences. We are all doing a variation of the Stillman's diet as there are several. Hope that helps and good luck to you! In no time, you will see the weight drop. .
