We got our first harvest from the strawberry bed today, but it's my QWL start day. I managed to not eat them!! They are waiting all washed and hulled for my daughter when she gets home from school.

Today is day 12 on QWL for me and it's the longest I've gone (previously 11 days). Feeling a bit fatigued so I feel a high fat day coming on soon... Though I was initially planning to go until the 27-28th on QWL. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. You'll have to ask some of the others that are closer to goal or at goal... Since I've only been here 2 months now, cycling QWL with high fat days.

Dinner will be trader joe frozen turkey meatballs, SF jello if necessary!

its day 3 and it wasn't too difficult. hopefully i see another great loss on the scale tomorrow. I am going to jog tomorrow and see how that goes on this low cal. i went to the store today and bought some turkey burgers and ground turkey. opened up my options a bit.
How were the turkey burgers? I am too used to having them with at least LC ketchup/cheese and pickle.

Taking some advice from Stillman's peeps, I went "shopping" in my closets....the result is that I now have a box of clothes to give away. Size 22 pants and jeans and some 2x tops - the pants are "short" (inseam probably 29/30). I will be happy to send them to someone - just send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE.

No, I don't have a Shake Weight yet. I'm still waiting to hear if anybody got RESULTS from it, or if it's just fun to do, or just fun getting mean coworkers to shake their jowls, etc. Still laughing from that mental image!

Ok, I found fat free cottage cheese at Walmart today, so I got a big tub, thinking I will try it with cinnamon. When I got home, it tasted so much better than tuna or egg, that my 3 oz dissappeared before I could spice it up!

Maybe this calls for some dessert cottage cheese....only I'm still in the Atkins frame of mind that tells me the carb count is too high! I know it's allowed but it doesn't make much sense to me.

IM2, are you doing okay after being stuck at work all day with only a pouch of tuna?

CCGirl, the triplets are adorable!! I want a kitten! Only I'm allergic to them. We used to have outside cats but hawks and coyotes eat them.

Ugh, how sad. We have only had one in the last ten years and my neighbor nailed it with a snare. There's plenty of mice for the hawks, they don't come close. And the bear accross the street up high on the ridge stays put where she is.

The mother was here with us since late summer, she had plenty of food and shelter. After the birth three weeks ago she took off after a day and a half. We haven't seen her since. I've been bottle feeding them ever since.

Done eating for the day... Menu:
B: 1 HB egg, coffee
L: 7-8ozs grilled chicken
D: Coffee, Chicken soup with 6-8ozs grilled chicken in it.
S: SF Jello Cup

CC, those kitties are adorable! Great mix of colors there! I have two cats that I fostered when they were just a few days old, they are really the best, didn't even like cats until I got them, now I love them so much. <3
