Lisa- My insurance paid for my tummy tuck but I put more money in to have my surgeon do all the way around. Worth every penny. I also had him do the cut up the middle to get extra skin off that way. I now have the flatest tummy you have ever seen. I just had the chest and 2nd step of the tummy tuck done 2 weeks ago I can't wait to get to 3 months out and really see the results.

Gwen- I am glad to back just easing into it. I have been very good for the last 2 days but still need to cut out the diet Rite.

Have a good night I think I am heading to bed.

Tania
How are ya feeling??? How much extra is it to have the whole body lift? I need my bingo wings done too and a breast lift!

We were going to move to a bigger house, but i think i will start putting the rental difference in my flex spending account so i can start saving for the additional procedures. I also wanna get my teeth fixed to at some point. I would love to have a beautiful smile!

I'M BACK

I had 2 days off from work and and that used to mean going out to eat and lots of drinking BUT this time I so surprised myself. When we went out i looked for nothing but meat and eggs i had a steak omlet and felt bad when i cut into it and found hashbrowns inside also mushrooms and cheese and the eggs was fried in butter and once i started eating that feeling bad was gone and i figured i might as well just enjoy it so i did. The next day i had a shrimp platter and surprise there where fried shrimp, shrimp with bar b que and the scampi of course covered in butter so again just enjoy.
I am not upset with myself today i weighed and only gained 0.2lbs and this is all a huge and drastic change in the way i eat so i am happy and can't believe i had no alcohol, pasta, or bread in celabration of no work.
Anyways i will be here every night until wednesday when i'm takin time off for me and my sons b-day yep he has been the best birthday gift ever also the reason i have 30lbs to lose. Until tonight this is my goodnight I work 10:30 pm-7 am.

I had used it all along then I cut it out when I tried to go meat commando... its not like I lost anymore with or without it. It helped me have 6 bottles of water yesterday..but I guess the carbs can add up. IM2, let us know as soon as the results are in!

Ok so I fell of the wagon a little. I worked 75 hrs in 6 days and found it hard to plan ahead. I am also the manager in a banquet department and am around amazing food all day. Hence why I need to lose weight. I didn't gain which is good and Tom is here so bloated is an understatement. I am so depressed it's hard to get motivated again. Help me to get motivated someone please!

Oh well it's a new month and a new me

O My. .this is one massive thread of hormones! I suppopse TOM is gonna visit me real soon too.. I was hoping to skate by before Thursday because that's weigh day! Well. .if I start feeling bloated, I'm gonna skip Thursday.. Seriously, I can gain 7 pounds during that time and it always makes me feel worse.. not to mention, I could cry at the drop of a hat some months. Just not gonna think about it. .

Here's a thought today: Don't give up what you want most for what you want at the moment!

Good Morning Ladies!! and a big to Al!! Hope it's a great one!!

The weather is supposed to reach 90 degrees today and the humidity is out of control!! I need to figure out something with my hair otherwise I am looking at major frizz with this humidity. Heading to my event in an hour-ish. Half of it's outside but I have a feeling we're going to do lots of bar hopping as it's just gonna be too hot to be walking around outside. Weight was the same today but I did eat late last night, after I posted how hungry I was. Put my numbers in ****** and it said I only had about 430 calories. No wonder I was hungry! Saturdays are so busy at work, I barely have time to eat. So, I got a little head start on my high fat days and had 1 beef hot dog and 2 eggs. At least I did not gain and even with that meal, my calories were still only at 700 plus I worked out last night. Can you tell I am trying to convince myself it was okay to eat fat at 9pm?? ha.

Congratulations to all the losers!!! And speaking of hormones, TOM should be packing his bags up here today! Geez... are we all on the same schedule??

So... anyone wanna make a May goal with me?? My goal for May is to lose 13lbs and put myself at 174-175. Aprils goal was a bit lofty at 18lbs, ended up losing 15-16, I think.

Okay ladies... I probably won't get back online today so have a great day everyone!!

Let's see if we can al make it to the end with no cheats WHATSOEVER...no little extras, no CL, no artificial sweetners...no BLTs no little teaspoons of mayo with tuna!...literally QWL by the book!! Right? Let's see if we can prove the nice Dr. Stillman and his promises right!!
I am so up for this!! This thing has to work!! And Summer is literally knocking at the door!!!

Mmmm my goal for the month??
Well unfortunately it has No1 to get back to my stats--I'm so disappointed in myself peeps--but it has actually taught me once and for all that this has to be for life...so I'll take the good out of it!!! (I'm also hoping I'll have a big whoosh to move it along!)
My 2nd goal would be to maybe get to 126 by my Bday which is at the beginning of June...but at the rate I lose I'm not sure how realistic that will be....but one should always aim high!!

Hello everyone!! I am sticking to plan. Sorry just don't want to join you on that path no excuses here since I was not so good during the first 2 weeks of my recovery.

Lisa- I was not able to use my flex account to cover my surgery. The stomach extra skin was not considered cosmetic but all the rest was. I paid 10,000 extra for the whole lower body lift. I used care credit and paid it off in 3 months at no interest. I just paid another $10,000 for the upper part. I had a breast lift with implants in this one and had extra skin cut from my sides so an extended breast lift really. I did use care credit again but knew I could not pay it off in 3 months so I used 18 month no interest.

So far the boobs look ok, need a lot more healing time to make sure I am thrilled.

I am eating turkey today and eggs. That is the menu. I roasted a whole turkey breast and that is what I am sticking with.

Tania

Quick. .Fly by, peeps. .I'm working my butt off today. .still cleaning and moving kids from room to room so its been a traumatic day for them. . I have the back end of my van full of toys, clothes and all that fun stuff. My goodness where does it all come from. . anyway. .I wanted to check into fit day today so I know what I ate. .
I had 2 boiled eggs, 6 oz chicken, 3 oz burger, and some sausage . .not much. .just a bite or two. My calories were 913 for the day. . I think I'm ok. .tomorrow I'm going to try to lower it a bit. I shall have tuna and chicken only .(all those wonderful burgers are gone, now!). .

Lots of water, coffee and CL. . Wahhh. I'm back to work tomorrow. . I'm sad. . I loved being able to log in any ole time and gab away. .
