Cycled off Stillman's today, to do low-carb with FAT. I used to hate my fried egg with cheese, but now I appreciate it! It almost looked like I might have gained a half pound, but it's hard to tell on my non-digital scale. I'm okay with going up on the Atkins part of the cycle just as long as it goes down again on Stillman's.

I'm thinking instead of taking next week to do the Meditteranean part of the cycle, I would do QWL from Monday - Wednesday, and then have a not-too-decadent splurge for my birthday, maybe it would balance out? My family doesn't cook, so...maybe I'll just stay on track after all.

I just flat out gave up last summer. It was July 6. I had made a strawberry-rhubarb pie for the Fourth, and there was a lot left over. Sure, it was a double size pie, but my family should have had pity on me and eaten it! So after 5 years of struggling along on Atkins, I threw in the towel.

THIS, I can do! And I got on that horrid Wii Fit last night after complaining about it, and it said I had lost 7 pounds in 19 days! That was with the cycling, and I can eat good stuff (within reason).
